Life may not have an inherent purpose. Maybe we'll all die realising all of our work meant nothing. But there's one thing for sure: When you don't have a purpose, you're not going to sit idle, watch Netflix and die. Hell no. You're going to do your best to pull everyone down to your level. You can easily spot this happening around you. People who have lost meaning in life try to take away the meaning from everyone else's life. They're not sitting in isolation and meditating. So, if you really want to avoid that, you're going to need a purpose. You're going to need a purpose that keeps you on the right path. And you'll have to occasionally motivate the people around you. If they grow dull, they're going to make you dull.

The gratitude you'll receive by providing value will always make you happy People say "don't give with the expectation of receiving something" But it's not "bad" to help others to feel happy It's part of our human nature. It doesn't make you an attached or evil person It gives you a good reason to help It becomes bad when you give something and cry when they gave you nothing in return, or when they didn't value your help as much as you expected them to

I am thinking of creating a collection of all the tips I share here (after the launch of my ebook) You'll be able to save it somewhere and occasionally look at it as reminders for a disciplined and great life Would you be interested in having something like this?

A quick tip to increase focus: Never work in an environment that makes you feel sleepy. Always have bright lights on. Never work on a couch or bed. And sit straight. This may sound like a small difference, but it will drastically increase your focus. To add on: Try working empty stomach in the morning (unless you're on medication) You can think of this in 2 ways: -You're rewarding yourself only after working (Andrew Tate philosophy) -And more importantly, you'll be more focused I am not very sure of why the focus goes does after eating food (especially carbohydrates), but it does. You'll feel sleepy, have less focused and become overall less efficient.

If you really want to change your life, you have to genuinely hate the life you're living right now Most people don't. Most people love the life they're living. When they say "I wish I had this and that"...it's all a lie. They have exactly what they want. They have the comfort they need. But if you want to change, you have to hate that comfort. Not because some guru says it's bad. You have to genuinely hate it. How? Through ruthless introspection Deeply understand how your actions and decisions are affecting you. Not just on the surface level. You have to go deep. "I don't work because I lack willpower"...is a surface level answer You have to go deep and find why you lack the willpower. And you have to accept that there are no shortcuts to building willpower. Once you have the reason behind your lack of willpower, reverse engineer it. Take a notebook and try to find how you lost your willpower. And create a process that's the exact opposite of it. You'll have your willpower back. Again, you don't need to do this for every problem. You just have to do it initially to train your mind. Once your mind is trained, it'll automatically do this for all your problems. But initially, you have to do this. There are absolutely no short-cuts

I heard or read this somewhere: "People want a relief, not a cure to their problems" It's fucking damn true Want a basic example? Here's a famous tweet: "Losing arguments on purpose is self-care" Do you think it's a relief or a cure? It's a RELIEF. It's a comfortable way to ignore your mistake. "They are too stupid to understand my wisdom" Wrong. You're stupider. You had the urge to share your "wisdom" with fools. If you get into an argument, your job is to win, or learn with intention. Or avoid getting into one. Not to run away. So, if you want a cure, accept your stupidity and work on it. Don't comfort yourself with lies. ——— This was a basic example. But an important example. Because this is how you understand how your mind works. Everyone knows they're fooling themselves while eating unhealthy food or watching porn. But these hidden lies are what matter.

In continuation to morning posts: Even if you can get something without suffering, avoid it, unless you really need it. You can find men dancing on TikToks and vlogging to earn money. And it works for many. But easy money makes you weak. Suffering makes you strong. Not only physically, but also mentally. You'll remain sane. You won't get depressed.

This post is for those who're failing to improve themselves: Pick 1 book. It can be on self-improvement, business, health, or anything else. Or you can pick a few post from this channel. Apply everything you read multiple times. That's it. You'll see the results. Rn you can't see the results because you want everything to be easy. You don't want to suffer. But without suffering, you'll neither get anything, nor will you value anything. You'll lose everything you get if you get it without suffering. You won't even learn anything. You'll be a dumb ass who can be fooled into anything. It's foolish to think you'll achieve anything with a few tricks. No one got anything easily. You think others have everything easily because you don't see the suffering they went through. You have no other option but to suffer. Either suffer happily or hate it. But you have to do it.

Again, you cannot be mindless about this Having unfinished task, or a skill that's pending to be learned...can take up space in your head and reduce your focus As with everything, you have to be very intentional with this. And don't leave those tasks pending for a long time.

Always have a list of 2-3 unfinished or repeatable tasks or a skill you're learning Sounds counter-intuitive, but hear me out: Whenever you find yourself wasting time, instantly shift towards any of those those tasks If you don't have something SPECIFIC to do, you'll definitely waste your time

I have noted all the questions A section of my posts from now on will be centered towards solving your problems

Don't attach your worth to your beliefs. You'll become mentally in-flexible. If you're mentally in-flexible you can never learn from your mistakes. You'll spend all your time justifying how it wasn't your mistake. You can easily observe this mental in-flexibility around and inside you. Everyone wants to prove who is right. No-one wants to find what's right.

Don't attach your worth to your beliefs. You'll become mentally in-flexible. If you're mentally in-flexible you can never learn from your mistakes. You'll spend all your time justifying how it wasn't your mistake.

There are more than 300 of you. I am gonna need more questions if you're serious about solving your problems

Cmon, give me some more
