📋 Full vacancy details ​Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position: ・Title: CHIEF STEWARDESS for a 30m private and charter motor yacht. ・Employment Type: Permanent. ・Salary: Strong salary on offer (in USD). ・Location: Mediterranean (single season). Vessel Details: ・A 30m private and charter motor yacht is urgently seeking a Chief Stewardess to join the vessel ASAP in Sardinia! ・The yacht operates with a close-knit crew of 5 and has an active Mediterranean programme ahead, moving to the South of France next week before attending the Cannes Yachting Festival, followed by cruising to the Amalfi. ・This is a busy charter programme offering excellent earning potential alongside a permanent salary, with the crew typically receiving around €3000 monthly charter tips. Position Overview: ・This is a very hands-on Chief Stewardess position requiring someone who is comfortable taking full responsibility for the interior whilst working as part of a small crew. ・The successful candidate will oversee all areas of the interior, including service, housekeeping, laundry, provisioning and guest preparation, maintaining consistently high standards throughout owner and charter trips. ・Personality and organisation are particularly important. The yacht is looking for someone personable, polished and naturally good with guests, whilst remaining highly organised behind the scenes. ・With only five crew onboard, this would suit a Chief Stewardess who enjoys the variety and involvement of a smaller yacht rather than managing a large interior department. Requirements: ・Candidates should have strong previous experience as a Chief Stewardess, ideally onboard similar-sized private and charter motor yachts. ・Excellent organisation, attention to detail and guest interaction skills are essential, alongside the ability to independently manage the interior. ・You must hold a valid Schengen visaEuropean passport in hand and be available to join immediately. ・The package includes a strong salary per month (paid in USD), with charter tips. ・Start date: ASAP.
