Now all eyes are on FOMC.
The Fed is expected to hike rates by 25 bps today, and the market is already pricing in most of that expectation.
So the real question is:
What will the Fed say about the next few hikes?
If the hike is already priced in and the Fed sounds less hawkish than expected, BTC could surprise to the upside.
But if the Fed signals more hikes ahead, things could get ugly for risk assets. | 209 |

Same with the FOMC. Everyone is expecting a rate hike tomorrow, so the general expectation of everyone is that $BTC will dump even more.
But in my opinion, the market has already priced in these expectations. That’s why BTC is dumping BEFORE the actual news.

So if the official rejection comes and price still holds up, it could actually become bullish.
Why?
Because in a bull market, bad news often gets priced in quickly.
If the market refuses to dump on bearish news, it usually means sellers aren’t strong enough.
