Der Unterdruck-Effekt: Salz ist hygroskopisch (es entzieht der Luft Feuchtigkeit). Wird es erhitzt und in Ohrnähe platziert, entsteht ein leichter „Trocknungseffekt“: Die Flüssigkeit und der Druck hinter dem Trommelfell – die Ursachen für die Schmerzen – werden nach außen gezogen.
⚡️ So wird sie hergestellt:
Nimm eine saubere, weiße Baumwollsocke (KEINE farbigen Socken) und fülle sie mit einer Tasse grobem Meersalz.
Knote das Ende der Socke zu.
Erhitze sie in einer sauberen Pfanne (dabei ständig wenden) oder für ca. 30 Sekunden in der Mikrowelle, bis sie warm ist (TESTE die Temperatur am Handgelenk! Verbrenne das Ohr nicht).
Lege die Socke auf das schmerzende Ohr bzw. den Kieferknochen. Oft tritt sofort Linderung ein, da sich der Druck ausgleicht.
