👤 Syafa kalo healing ngapain? hey this is a good question, thank you for asking ‼️ mmm healing biasanya aku ngapain yaaa . . firstly I do inhale exhale also turn off social media which is the biggest problem then I think about the problem three times until I express my emotions out after that aku pastinya mengalami fase lelah kan yang akhirnya butuh istirahat dong nah itu harus banget istirahat sebanyak yang dibutuhin jadi kalo semisal belum terpenuhi ya jangan move atau try to solve karena posisinya tenaga aja belum pulih buat do something more like relaxing yourself, your body by doing some activities you don't mind doing that example; eating some food, watching some movie, reading text-book. kalo udah ready hahaha pernah nggak ready? :p skip skip. kalo udah bener-bener siap baik mental maupun fisik baru deh aku try to move, solve, fix it, recently i do the methods from google :
