The sharp flush down to the $4,082–$4,085 multi-week low was driven by hawkish FOMC minutes pointing toward potential rate hikes, followed by an aggressive relief bounce back to the $4,133.42 level shown on your 30-minute chart.
Because price is grinding directly along the moving average (blue line) with overlapping candles and liquidity sweeps (highlighted by your green circle), aggressive sellers chasing shorts down here are getting clipped by sudden squeezes.
Technical Breakdown (30m Chart)
Immediate Support Zone: $4,110 – $4,120. This is the local floor holding up the current relief bounce. A breakdown below $4,110 invalidates the consolidation and opens the door for a retest of the $4,082 low.
Immediate Resistance Zone: $4,145 – $4,155. This zone aligns with prior breakdown structure and the upper boundary of the current range.
Major Overhead Supply: $4,175 – $4,180. The ceiling from which the initial heavy flush originated.
