This is from a Burak Kilic my fellow student. We are 3rd year Herbalist and Naturopathic students. Please we ask your help... they want to ban Natural medicine in Poland... please we need your help to stop this and get more people to spread this news...

I everybody I would like to ask you an attention, that if you would like you can help us against the criminalisation of natural medicine practitioners in Poland. If anyone would want to know details I will give you and email and petition, if you can sign I would be very thankful.
Thank you so much for reaching out – it means a great deal to know ANH is willing to look at this.
Here's where things stand: Poland's Sejm (lower house) has already passed the law known as “Lex Szarlatan.” It's now with the Senate, and after that it goes to the President for signature – so we're genuinely down to the last two stages where it can still be stopped or amended. In its current form, the law relies on undefined terms like “pseudomedical practice” and “medical disinformation,” grants the Patient Ombudsman the power to issue public warnings before any final ruling, and allows fines of up to PLN 1,000,000 (roughly EUR 230,000) – all of which could make legal, state-certified naturopathic and complementary practice effectively impossible in Poland.
A few concrete ways ANH could help, roughly in order of impact:
1. Sign the attached joint petition (from the international community of medical, scientific and complementary-medicine organizations) in the “International support” section, and send it directly to:
- The Senate: kontakt@senat.gov.pl (please ask explicitly that it be forwarded to all Senators)
- The President: listy@prezydent.pl
2. Any public statement or mention through ANH's channels/network – even brief – helps show this isn't just an internal Polish matter.
3. If useful, I'm glad to prepare a shorter briefing tailored specifically for ANH's audience, or jump on a call this week to walk through it and answer questions directly – whatever is most useful on your end.
I've attached the petition in both English and Polish, as PDF and as Word documents in case you'd like to adapt or amend the wording before sending it under ANH's name, along with our open letter to the Polish President for background. Given the timeline, sooner is genuinely better than later here, but I'm very grateful for whatever ANH is able to do.
