Greetings of the day
Kindly inform all the students *Not Registered Students* of *B.Tech(All Branches)* currently *Passing out in 2027* in *BBDU, BBDITM & BBDNIIT* that an *Orientation & Registration Session* in regards to the upcoming *“Training & Placement Session of 2027 Pass outs”* is scheduled as per below mentioned slots at our college premises. *List of Registered Students* is attached for your reference and kindly inform all the *Not Registered students* come to the venue and complete the registration process on the *ERP.*
*Venue:* For Venue Details check the Table given.
*The main agenda of the meeting :*
* Is to make the students aware of the upcoming campus drives.
* About the specific trainings needed.
* Preparation of the same.
* Updation of student's data.
* *All students must carry the photocopies of Mark sheets (10th, 12th or Diploma, Graduation & Current) & Smartphones (With Good Internet Connections).*
* *All students must ensure that their ERP LoginID is active/ accessible, failing which they would not be able to register for their placements.*
It is mandatory for all the students willing to participate in the upcoming Placement Session to attend the session, without which they would not be considered for the upcoming Placement Sessions.

The BBDITM Internal Hackathon is being held on 24–25 September 2026. The final competition will begin on 25 September at 10:00 AM in Steeper Hall (Room 207).

Please note that the Khel Manch, which was earlier scheduled from 22nd to 25th September, has now been rescheduled to 27th to 30th October.
Therefore, the sports trials that were originally scheduled after 25th September are being conducted earlier. The revised dates are as follows:

Athletics 15th & 16th October 2026 23rd & 24th September 2026
All other sports trials will be conducted as per the previously issued schedule.
This revision has been made to accommodate the rescheduled Khel Manch programme.
