Joe Rogan and Andrew Huberman look up how many Americans die from medical error each year, and the answer floors them both.
ROGAN: “Okay, so medical error is responsible for 251,000 deaths a year.”
HUBERMAN: “Whoa, that’s crazy.”

That number comes from a 2016 Johns Hopkins study published in the BMJ. It estimated medical errors kill 251,454 Americans a year, which makes them the third leading cause of death, behind only heart disease and cancer.
And it gets worse. A 2023 Johns Hopkins and Harvard study found that misdiagnosis alone kills an estimated 371,000 Americans a year and leaves another 424,000 permanently disabled.
If an airline killed that many people, nobody would ever board a plane again.

Spike protein still in plasma and exosomes after 3.2 years.
This shows modified mRNA can last far longer than the original “days to weeks” story. Now the same platform is in the new flu shots. Moderna’s mFLUSIVA was approved in August 2026 for adults 50+.

1. Industry claims "20 years of use = safety," but we lack real surveillance systems. Connections hide in plain sight.
2. Leaded gasoline: Herbert Needleman's 1979 study showed lead-IQ link. He was ridiculed, attacked, investigated, career destroyed, until the 1996 ban raised American children's IQ by 2.5 points. The harm was real but unnoticed for 40 years.
3. DTP vaccine: Removed in the US in the '80s due to injuries (1 in 300 brain injury/death per NIH), yet still given to ~61M kids in Africa/Asia. Danish researchers found vaccinated girls were 10x more likely to die over the next 3 months - from infections, anemia, sepsis. Published in eBioPharma, Jan 2017. Conclusion: the vaccine was killing more children than the diseases it prevented.
4. Lesson: Mass catastrophic injuries can hide in plain sight. Nobody notices the connection without proper studies.
5. Trump wants these studies done, because "settled science" often can't produce the actual science to back it up.
This is exactly why we must be constantly vigilant about pharmaceutical products, especially ones with no liability. When companies face zero accountability, the incentive to cut corners or ignore red flags is enormous.
And when they cloak themselves in "the common good," we need to hold them to the highest standard: vaccines must be 1000% safe, not just "probably fine."
We should demand that from our authorities, not trust vague reassurances. Vigilance isn't anti-science; it's what real science demands.

Heidi Overton, deputy assistant to the president for domestic policy, said during the announcement Monday that because the previous changes are held up in court, Trump is “correcting that wrong” with this executive order.
The new order recommends that vaccines for Covid, rotavirus, the flu, hepatitis A, hepatitis B and bacterial meningitis be administered based on shared clinical decision-making.
A separate set of vaccines will remain recommended universally: those for measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib), pneumococcal disease, HPV and chickenpox.
For certain high-risk groups, the order says, shots for RSV, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, dengue and two types of bacterial meningitis are recommended, as well.
The U.S. targets the most diseases, 18, with vaccines, out of all the countries in the world, which we are now up to 80 doses according to deputy secretary of HHS Jim O'Neill . Somehow when it comes to the subject of "vaccines," those who work in medicine seem to forget that all medicine has to stay within limits in dosage and that studies are required before you can use the words "safe and effective."
Fortunately, we have the rare occurrence where those at the top of our health regulatory institutions do care about being guided by science over power, the love of mammon and/or straight eugenics.
