Cancer treatment is expensive, toxic, and often late. Prevention is the opposite — and a growing body of evidence says a few cheap, everyday moves can meaningfully lower risk.
Start with three things: sunlight (or vitamin D),
fatty fish or omega-3s, and consistent movement. In older adults, combining daily vitamin D, marine omega-3s, and a simple home strength program cut the chance of invasive cancer by about 60% over three years. Each piece helped a little. Together they helped a lot.

| 3 |  Avoiding the Sun Was as Deadly as Smoking
Nonsmokers who stayed out of the sun had the same life expectancy as smokers who got the most sun. That finding comes from a Swedish study of nearly 30,000 women followed for more than 20 years.
Women who actively sought sunlight had lower death rates from cancer, heart disease, and all causes. Sun avoiders had roughly double the overall mortality of the highest sun-exposure group.
Researchers say sunlight may help through vitamin D, nitric oxide, and immune support.
The authors argued that very strict “avoid the sun” advice, especially in low-sun countries, may do more harm than good.

In this clip, MIT Senior Research Scientist Stephanie Seneff explains her view that COVID vaccines can accelerate aging of the immune system. He said early treatment has always been the answer for everything, cancer, flu, and the common cold. This was the first disease where medicine did the opposite. The baby died of a ruptured spleen after a home birth. The county coroner and the pathologist said measles did not cause it and did not contribute. Shapiro’s office still called it one of the first “measles deaths” in 35 years, blamed RFK Jr…and demanded more shots.
This is the exact play they ran during COVID. Inflate the threat. Hide the actual cause of death. Sell the product.

Shapiro is standing at a children’s hospital telling doctors that vaccines are a $4.74 billion industry for Pennsylvania, 4,700 jobs and more than half of every shot given in America comes from a facility in his state. Then he says the quiet part out loud: “It’s also big business.”
That’s why a politician and the media will look at a traumatic lacerated spleen and call it measles. That’s why vaccine injuries get buried. Stretch the language. Change the definitions. Protect the inventory.
Ive watched this horror movie play out from the back of my ambulance, the ER, and the ICU. They lied about severity then too. They’re doing it again now. Same donors. Same playbook.
Something to think about:
Someone in charge who pretends there’s a crisis so they can medicate people against their will is not “public health.” That’s Münchausen by proxy with a state budget and pharmaceutical donors. People should be arrested for this.
