I have been working on DeFi apps for couple of months since I moved to Dubai. Guess what, We use Spring Boot for the backend as there are a lot of computing needed for the Defi Apps. If you're going to develop an app that depends on I/O, then go to Node. js. But if you want to build a super-fast application(eCommerce platforms, IoT, Defi, etc.) with a crazy amount of computing, then the go to option is Spring boot framework and it is one of the high paid JOBS too.
