Here's the daily routine that keeps him young: • 6:00 AM — Wakes up. Attends a 12-step meeting and does his meditations. • Morning — Hits the gym for just 35 minutes. Every session is intense. He’s kept this up for 50 years and says short, hard sessions are what make it sustainable. • 12:00 PM — First meal of the day. He does intermittent fasting, keeping his eating window from roughly noon to 6 or 7 PM. • The diet — Carnivore: meat and fermented vegetables. Grass-fed, kosher-raised beef. Sauerkraut, kimchi, and plenty of yogurt. When he does eat breakfast, it’s protein-heavy. Things that have NOT worked for Kennedy: • Peptides, stem cells, crates of supplements. His verdict: it’s all voodoo. What DID work: • The carnivore diet alongside fermented foods.
