| 9 | Finnish scientists trucked in real forest dirt and grass and laid it over the gravel at four daycare yards. They let the kids dig around in it for a month. The blood tests came back with changes the researchers hadn’t expected to see so fast or so clear.
The study ran at ten daycares in two Finnish cities with 75 kids aged three to five. Four of the yards got the forest treatment: about a tennis court worth of soil and grass laid over the gravel, plus planters and peat blocks the kids could dig and climb on. Three others stuck with their normal gravel yards. The last three were daycares where the kids were already visiting real forests every day.
After one month, the variety of bacteria living on the kids’ skin shot up, and the kind that helps train the skin’s immune defenses jumped the most. Their gut bacteria started to look like the gut bacteria of the forest-visiting kids. Their blood showed more of the immune cells whose job is to keep the body from freaking out at harmless stuff like pollen and peanuts, and overall inflammation dropped. The kids on the plain gravel yards showed none of this.
Childhood asthma in the US doubled between 1980 and 1995. Food allergies in kids jumped 50 percent between 1997 and 2011, then jumped another 50 percent between 2007 and 2021. And peanut allergies in one-year-olds tripled between 2001 and 2017.
The Finnish researchers think one of the reasons is simple: kids today don’t get dirty enough. 37 percent of American preschoolers now spend an hour or less outside on a normal weekday. Their immune systems are getting trained in environments stripped of the bacteria humans have always lived around.
Aki Sinkkonen, who led the study, put it in plain words: “It would be best if children could play in puddles and everyone could dig organic soil.” The Finnish government is now helping pay for daycares across the country to make the same changes.

| 10 | On an important nutrient:
It is forbidden as a supplement in Europe but it grows in the hedgerow. It spreads along the riverbank. And it helps you make up your own mind.
I've recently been reminded of the role it plays as a micro-nutrient in brainhealth and it might even be essential to your freedom of thought... There are several common wild plants accumulating lithium from the soil in significant amounts.
The three plants that keep appearing in the literature:
🌿 Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) is the most studied, widespread, and apparently the most efficient at pulling lithium up from the ground. You probably have some within 500 metres of where you're sitting right now.
🌿 Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is already known for its effect on the nervous system. Studies show that plants from certain European regions concentrate lithium notably. I find that interesting, given what it is traditionally used for.
🌿 Water mint (Mentha aquatica) is the wet-footed cousin of common mint and can be found along streams and on marshy grounds.
How much lithium ends up in the plant depends heavily on local geology (the contents in the soil). The land speaks through its plants, if you're paying attention...
Lithium in psychiatric contexts is a heavy-duty mood stabiliser, used at gram-level doses. But at trace levels, it's increasingly recognised as an essential mineral, with research pointing to roles in neurological health, mood regulation, and cognitive function. Some regions with naturally high lithium in the water supply show measurably lower rates of certain mental health conditions like Alzheimers.
You don't need to buy anything. Just pick some nettles or wild mint in the woods or plant lemon balm in your garden. These plants have been part of European herbal tradition for centuries, long before anyone even knew what lithium was, or why it can calm the nerves and lift a low mood.
Our ancestors weren't just working with symbolism and placebo but very much in tune with their bodies.
And the body doesn't care much about our explanations anyway...

| 15 | Read this to the end if you're thinking of having kids or are actively trying to have kids. A friend of mine went to the local cotton gin and picked up cottonseed meal to feed his cows with. Its a waste product they sell as feed. Then I learned that cottonseed oil is used as a "green rat poison". It's called "Evolve" and it's not technically a poison because it works by reducing the birthrate of the rats and mice.
The active ingredient in Evolve is cottonseed oil, which contains a natural compound called gossypol. The Gossypol interferes with sperm production and motility for male rats, effectively lowering sperm counts. For females, it disrupts the reproductive cycle.
Cottonseed oil is in all kinds of chips, cookies, snacks, crackers, and even in margarine.
BigAg and BigPharma tell us that its safe and that the gossypol is removed during "processing". Given the horrible birth rate across Western countries... who do you believe? The same stuff they are feeding rats is the same stuff they are feeding us. | 2 437 |

Mother of 2 Living on a Tight Budget in Her DIY Tiny House & Growing 50% of Her Food
Erin lives in a tiny house that she built herself, she grows 50% of her own food, and she homeschools her two kids. They've been living in the tiny house for almost 3 years in Ontario, Canada. Building a tiny house was a way for Erin to have affordable housing after leaving her marriage, which in turn allowed her to have time to continue homeschooling her children. She has a low income from a mix of part time work on a farm, child support, and her YouTube channel, but because of the tiny house, she and her children have an abundance of food and an abundance of time together as a family.
You can follow and find out more about Erin's tiny house homestead life here:

| 17 | You’ll often hear certain women and woman-bureaucrats in particular talk a lot about “feeling safe”.
But I’ve noticed that their idea of “feeling safe” has little in common with actual safety.
You have to remember that words are just noise and a means to an end. What one creature really means when it spits out a certain word might not have much to do with that word’s literal definition.
A normal person would assume the term “safe” means protected from or not exposed to danger or harm, but that’s not what the system-ladies mean when they appeal to safety.
“Feeling safe” is a remark associated with control, equality dogma and so-called “inclusive environments” (read: ideology, more women and more migrants).
“Feeling unsafe” is the noise made concerning “the Far Right” (read: White guys and the discussion of facts, respectively).
But White guys are statistically far less likely to pose any physical threat to women. They’re less likely to assault them, less likely to murder them and almost never rape them.
Migrants of certain demographics rape, assault and murder women (and girls) at dramatically higher rates.
Actually, the danger migrants pose to females increases in direct proportion to the fewer White guys there are in a respective area.
Women can’t and don’t effectively protect other women from harm. Only men will do that and statistically, White men do it most often.
Women may literally be more safe when they’re in the company of White guys than they are in any other environment, except perhaps a panic room.
The more White guys there are and the fewer migrants, the safer women are. These “hate-facts” are cold data.
So what are the government ladies actually talking about when they claim to be “feeling safe” or “unsafe”?
Well these terms are not just an imagined female experience, they’re a power-play which ironically just ends up making society far more dangerous for women.
If you pay attention, “feeling safe” means: “Feeling right and in control of a verbal exchange.” While “feeling unsafe” means: “Being proven wrong and feeling stupid or without power”.
When a woman-bureaucrat in parliament for example says “I feel unsafe” she doesn’t mean she is being threatened or at risk of any measurable harm. She means “I am being made to feel wrong or stupid by a fact, a general consensus or by what someone else is saying.”
In summary, it’s far more important for government-women and their equivalent male-effeminates to feel right and in-control than it is for anybody to be safe. These lawmakers will actually sacrifice the safety of all of society’s women in exchange for power or even just the feeling of power.
It’s eery to think that as a country, while importing the third-world we are gleefully shutting down open discussions, censoring facts, limiting speech and banning political parties all on the basis of very obvious language manipulation and just so women can feel powerful. | 1 777 |
