There are four main nutrients in our body, the things that make us move and perform ✅. To keep it simple, you get these things from the food you eat. Say that you weight 80kg 1) Water : takes up the 64% of you and is the most important thing 💦 That’s why everyone says to drink more water 2) Proteins : after water it is the next largest portion of me which is 16%. How do you lose weight 🏋️‍♂️? before you start your cutting period, I would recommend to learn or take a course in my case on nutrients. You need to understand how the food and calories work Weight loss is basically calorie deficit. On average person needs to consume 2700 calories a day but in my cut season I cut it down to 1900-2200. Cardio is really important, but you might use up your muscles if you do it too much, so you gotta hit the right point. 2 things you must do after landing to America/Canada 🇨🇦🇺🇸 1) Opening your credit card account 💳: Using your credit card is very crucial in North America since everything : rental, car, big purchases require you to show your credit score. Credit score shows how good are you with money and paying bills. So as soon as you arrive, try to apply for credit card. 2) Drivers licence 🚘 : If you want to get a drivers licence in Canada it takes 1 year to be able to fully drive the car. I would recommend to get your licence before the school load takes up. People who study abroad, what is the 3rd one ? 👇
