- only need peoples with ambition to build something purposeful - if you are daring your self to learn and build something new - you can have a team for a single project - there is no grant, award or anything .. your reward is your craft ( product/ project or sth ) - you should at least work 2 hours every single day on weekdays and 4 hours + on weekends - you can change the idea, narrow down or widen the scope, as long as your building its cool @selfmadecoder
