There are machines out there now that can accomplish both electricity & frequency. The one I use is from Miridia Tech called “Electro Acupuncture Medicine pointoselect” which has a stronger voltage (0-200V) & includes all of the nogier, bahr, reninenger frequencies for auricular therapy. Not sure if this what you asking for but if your in the healing arts I would check this out
