There is a popular view that the majority of the alarming issues can only be dealt with through international collaboration. Although some problems can be solved thanks to the multilateralism, I believe every country should independently handle its internal problems, meaning I only partly agree with the perspective above. It is true that some problems require worldwide cooperation. Climate change, for example, affects the whole planet and can only be tackled by international treaties. In other words, countries often share the same ecosystem and one state’s contribution affects others in the same region. However, a much more pronounced example for the support of worldwide cooperation is the recent Covid-19 Pandemic. Coronavirus originally started in one country, but quickly spread on a global scale, and countries had to work together to establish universal guidelines to save lives of millions. Countries sent each other humanitarian aid to make sure people have food and other resources to survive. These are the conditions where global effort is needed. Despite the benefits of international collaboration, countries had better cope with their internal problems instead of excessively relying on foreign countries. Otherwise, if they are given the power to help, their dominance in this country lasts superior. This is the Africa’s case at the moment where most of the countries in this continent do not have as much power as foreign parties have. This, in turn, may lead to the emergence of globalization in these areas which directly alters the cultural values by replacing their own beliefs and rituals on a consistent basis. As to prevent this from happening, each country ought to resolve their own problems such as civil conflicts, inflation and many more, making them preserve their power inside the country. In conclusion, I firmly believe that some problems can be solved independently, while others need global effort. Word count: 309 words Time: 38 mins By MrSam

There is a popular view that having a desired occupation is not as satisfactory as having high salary. Although big salary has already become the most important aspect of any job, I believe job satisfaction should be the top consideration, meaning I firmly disagree with the perspective above. There is a precise reason why job satisfaction ought to be the first priority in job selection, which is personal fulfillment. Individuals have a tendency to spend most of their daytime in workplaces, striving to create a standard of living for their family. It is true that the main objective of getting employed is to make a good income to sustain their family members. However, unless one is not satisfied with what they are doing, it is highly unlikely for them to gain a long-lasting career. In other words, if people do not have satisfaction of working in a certain position, they tend to pursue in different jobs in no time, making it more difficult to support themselves financially. This is why having a job to one’s liking is the most essential consideration. Having no desire in certain occupations may lead to several severe consequences. A much more pronounced example for the support of this notion is medicine. Evidently, doctors are one of the two jobs which are paid extravagantly in the whole planet thanks to how crucial it is for human health. If doctors are not devoted in their occupation, and they are remaining in this just because they are paid high, even their minor mistakes can cost a human life. Firefighters are another undeniable example for this perspective, which is known as a high-paid job in public. This means high salary does not always guarantee a productive work performance as much as job satisfaction does. In conclusion, it is indispensable fact that salary should be taken into consideration when choosing a job after satisfying from having it first. Word count: 318words Time: 30 min
