We stepped outside for a little dinner break.

Our little boy!🥰😘❤️‍🩹 this morning a team came in a did a cardio gram. We are still waiting on the results of that. If all checks out and there are no major life threats we will get moved to a different room where we can actually stay with our Asher. Right now we are trying to get a room close to the hospital to stay but there’s a football game in town tonight so most everything is booked out.

After nearly 3 hrs we are reunited with our little Asher.

Good afternoon. The past several days have been a rollercoaster of emotions. After a long and difficult delivery our little boy came into this world on the 5th. The next morning doctors and nurses came into our room and informed us our little man is most likely Down’s syndrome. This of course is not what we wanted to hear, but we know that God called us for a time like this and that is where we have found our peace. Currently we have appointments in Iowa city later this month where we will do testing with Asher. Then we will have a actual diagnosis on his situation. We will also meet with a genetic counselor. They will help us understand how our Asher will develop and how we can best raise him to live a long and fulfilling life. This morning he failed his cardiac test. At this point we don’t know what this means. But most likely appointments with cardiologists in Iowa city. We would appreciate prayers as we go through this. We don’t know the path but we know who has called us and walks with us.

All of wagners top leadership was on board the plane with Prigozhen.

Allegedly Wagner stationed Belarus is on the march to Moscow to revenge the death of their leader and all his top officials.

Interesting enough today marks 2 months to the day of the Wagner rebellion in Russia. June 25th-Aug 25th. 🤨🤔

Prigozhen was probably one of the most evil and bloody people who had a position of power in our life time. The rivers of blood that flowed from his hands, on behalf of the Russian government is shocking. Rape, torture, assassination and many more gruesome atrocities across Africa, the Middle East, and yes even Eastern Europe.

Yevgeny Prigozhen was just killed in a air plane crash in Russia. The plane was shot down by Russian air defense. If we go back a couple month, Prigozhen led the revolution against Putin. He seemed to get off easy after that. But it seems to have come to a end.

This occurred in a shopping mall in kramatorsk. Back when I was helping with the Soledar evac project we would go here evenings to buy groceries and snacks for our days. 😢😢

So a little fill in of the events this past weekend concerning Russia and Wagner. It is still unclear exactly what happened. It seems like the Wagner attempt was real. What the end goal was is unclear and what exactly happened to deescalate the situation. There was a deal reached between Putin and prigozhen. Prigozhen moved to Belarus and Wagner is allegedly being disbanded. Wagner being disbanded is what supposedly brought this whole thing about. It is doubtful that Putin actually had the upper hand in this conversation to reach an agreement. This leads to the bigger question. What about the nukes? Wagner may have gained access to a entire compound of nukes. It is not being talked about. But is this what he was after the whole time? Or is Russia pointing nukes at him and threatening to turn them against their own people to stop a rebellion. Idk. But there is a lot of unclarity in all this. It will be interesting to see what unfolds in the coming months.

Seems this morning it is official civil war in Russia. Many videos emerging of shot down aircraft. Many soldiers are joining the side of Wagner.
