Ya Tuhanku, aku meminta ampun atas perbuatanku di tahun ini termasuk yang Engkau larang sementara aku belum sempat bertaubat, perbuatanku yang Engkau maklumi kerana kemurahan-Mu sementara Engkau mampu menyiksaku, dan perbuatan (dosa) yang Engkau perintahkan untuk taubat sementara aku menerjangnya yang bererti mendurhakai-Mu. Kerananya aku memohon ampun kepada-Mu, ampunilah aku. Ya Tuhanku, aku berharap Engkau menerima perbuatanku yang Engkau redhai di tahun ini dan perbuatanku yang terjanjikan pahala-Mu. Tonight after Maghrib will be the start of Muharram which also means the year 1447H officially comes to an end Take some time to reflect and sit down with Allah, even if its just for a short moment While we are already 6 months into the year, it is never too late to start again and set new goals May Allah keep us on the straight path and may this new year be filled with more barakah, rizq and iman 🤍

🌙 Welcoming the New Hijri Year In shaa Allah, we welcome the beginning of a new Hijri year after Maghrib tonight. Alhamdulillah, all praise belongs to Allah s.w.t. for His countless blessings, guidance, mercy, and protection throughout the past year. As we turn the page to a new chapter, it is a timely reminder for us to reflect on our journey, express gratitude for the good that Allah has bestowed upon us, and seek His forgiveness for our shortcomings. May Allah accept our deeds, overlook our mistakes, and grant us the strength, sincerity, and steadfastness to become better servants of Him. May this new year bring us closer to Allah s.w.t., increase us in beneficial knowledge, righteous actions, and barakah in all that we do. Amin Ya Rabbal ’Alamin. 🤍

🗓️ as one Hijri year closes and another begins, don’t count what you lost. count the times Allah protected you from what was never meant for you. may this year be the year you forgive, the year you heal, the year you stop chasing the dunya and start chasing Allah.

💭 i have always thought of this.. if a man has always been so pious, keeping up to salah, never missing any sunnah deeds, living to the way that Allah pleases him to be in.. so what is their challenge? and i recently discovered it, through many people that i talked to, i realised and observed, its how we perceive people afterwards.. when we think we’re at the peak or the top of our imaan or what we can say “prime imaan” .. we will tend to look at people differently, the feeling of riya’ and proud will eventually consume us. just because we wear a thobe and we see someone who is lesser than us, then we will think that we are “better” than them, when at the actual fact, you do not know, they are seen more highly in the eyes of Allah. the feeling of riya’/proud is a very scary feeling that many would feel, nauzubillah, it is definitely a feeling from Syaitaan. may we all stay away from being one of those that feels riya’ about ourselves. allahumma amin.
