Folks, to continue the 12 county top 20 address analysis, this is a summary of registration status by address type. To be clear......I assigned the Type. That does NOT come from the registration database. I did that by manually inspecting each address on a map using the EDA file output. Also, I renamed the "N/A" status as "VOTED" because in this database, that is effectively what it means. I did double check that all of the VOTED registrants are still ACTIVE. I also highlighted some items that really concern me (if I was running the canvassing, which I am not). One of the problems I have with these registration databases is the LACK of a TYPE qualifier on the address record itself. This seems like such a basic a requirement. If this was a commercial venture, there is no doubt that meta data would be gathered. But alas, the government does not think it is worth it. I am not saying any of this is FRAUD. That would require canvassing and a deeper understanding of the LAW than I have. Thoughts?

Here is another insight into the same study data set, this time by party for all 12 counties for the top 20 address for the number of registered voters. I will tell you, this subset of the population is "significantly" more Unaffiliated and slightly more DEM and slightly less REP than the state wide average, the best I can tell. I am not a statistician. So what does that mean from an ordinary citizen data analyst perspective? Unaffiliated voters tend to cluster into these high count addresses at a rate that is higher than the state average. Next, maybe tomorrow, I will start looking at the individual voter statistics including time series registration data....now that will be interesting for you EDA "geeks" (myself included).

Folks, I have been busy continuing my compilation of data for the 12 county study I have described above. To quickly recap, I took the top 20 unique address per county in terms of the number of registrants at that unique address from EDA, then I inspected them on a map using the EDA output file, then I categorized them by type, then brought all of that data together into a master pivot data table. There are going to be many many interesting tables and charts to come. Here is the first one. Only 43% of this subset of the population voted in a state where the overall state turnout is advertised at over 80+% in 2020. Interesting don't ya think? Thoughts? (I have some but am going to hold my tongue for now.)

Let's have a quick discussion about property records. 1) When locating residences with an excessive amount of registered voters (which is sadly very easy to do with EDA) look for LLCs that own those properties. 2) For these properties, check the mailing address on the original source file. You may be surprised at what your find, like everyone using the same PO Box. 3) There is a scenario I found where there are an excessive amount of registrations on a block with multi family residences. 3 units have 400+ registrations on them in total. All 3 units are owned by 2 different LLCs. There also happens to be another house (single family) directly across the street that is owned by a different LLC (kind of weird coincidence huh?). That LLC is owned by a Trust at a different address. The name on that Trust is a very significant name in the political sphere. Just a series of coincidences probaply, right? I don't know for sure at this point. This is just data I am presenting to you. I am not going to say anymore about it because the canvassers are trying to do their job. Please, cross check some of your findings with property records.

We ran out of time to really delve into the map issue as much as I wanted to. This is critically important for EDA, using the mapping features.

Remember the case of the 300 voters at 2 residences I shared above, well it just got worse. County Clerks, you may want to pay attention because the canvassing calvary is heading in here. I also checked the property tax records and platt maps so I know these homes exist and have not been scraped and replaced with a large apartmnt complex. I also verified it with another expert in the field who reviewed the voter history. This is a big steaming pile of BS FRAUD. 461 registered voters between 5 of these bldgs and the empty lot. 65 have the same PO Box mailing address. 441 Unaffiliated. 90% registered after 1/1/2020. 215 Returned Ballots and 111 Undeliverable. These are phantom voters parked for the 2022 general election. DIsgusting. How can a GUY with a spreadsheet find this BS and the government can't? Give me a break. Do your job!
