Try this at home. Calculate registrant counts by address, calculate number of unique names per address, find the (# registrations - # unique names per address), call this DIFF. Identify which registrations are associated with houses. Look at high registrations at those address which have a low DIFF number (0, 1,2). Then, look at the property tax/MLS records of that residence and see if one of the names is a prior owner. Look to see if that owner has voted from that address after moving. Phantom Voter.

An app called “CHECK THE VOTE” created to confirm votes counted in the 2020 election in New Hampshire is lighting the internet on fire. Anyone can simply input a last name and town or a street and town, see who cast ballots at any address. Feedback has been incredible. One man wrote “ a German-American that lived with us for a year - 10 years ago – voted in 2020…” while another wrote “A Swiss person who lived next door for a year – 17 years ago – voted in 2020.” One voter found a couple who moved to Chicago a decade prior had absentee ballots cast from their home in New Hampshire in 2020 while an elderly couple who did not vote found 2 absentee ballots cast in their name. These are just a few of examples of what the people of New Hampshire are finding. Hundreds of affidavits have been flowing in and we’ve only just begun! Anyone can “Check the Vote” for NH with the app. It is recommended to search by your address first to see if there are others listed from your home. Wrapping up a study for a canvassing group. This is~ 38,000 from 12 cities. In this table, I am only looking at address that have between 4 to 12 registrants with unique last names per address. How to read this table and graph? Looking at the table, first row, 4 means an address with 4 unique last names and a difference value of 0 and 1. There are exactly 324 domiciles in the 12 cities which have people living together that have four unique last names. There are 263 which have 5 people living at the residence that have 4 unique last names between them. Therefore the difference value is 1. Finding the home address types out of this group is the next step as part of the virtual canvass. Then they will look at property tax records to see if owners are registered that have moved that contribute to the counts and may have voted after moving (seriously). Apparently, some very "interesting" things are being discovered. Why are we all spending our weekends doing the govt's job? Give me a break..

This might be difficult to get your mind wrapped around. What does this mean? Looking at the table and the row that is 70, then going to the right and looking at the 1 value for example. There is one address with 70 registrants that have unique last names where the difference between the total registrants and the unique last names is 3. Meaning, there are 73 registrants at this address and 70 of them have unique last names. You may say, big deal, that is an apartment block. Perhaps, but it is an indication that there is no APT# being used on that address. Another example, row 6 and move to the right to the 7 value then read the column header of 0. This mean that in this city there are 7 instances where an address has 6 unique last names where the difference between the total registrants and the number with unique last names is 0. Put another way, 6 people "living together" with unique last names occurs 7 times in this city. Is that normal?

What a block party! 23 registrants with 19 unique last names combined for these 3 address all with in a short walk from each other on the same block.

If you are able to calculate the number of UNIQUE last name registrants at UNIQUE residential address, this is type of "stuff" you might find. 6 different last names, 4 Active, 2 Inactive. Does that make sense? This is a tiny house....(This algorithm is not included in EDA right now.)
