RULES TO PROFIT
1. Stop trading every day.
2. Show up every day, but if there is no set up then there is no trade.
3. Learn to become highly selective and more focused on what you're looking for. You don't have to be in front of your computer all the time.
4. Trading hours should be from the end of the Asian session and into the London open for 4 hours. Then take a break. Then look for reversal setups at the opening of the US session for 2 - 4 hours.
5. Always enter positions in their consolidation levels where possible. This should be done when there have been a number of signals or triggers at a time when you believe the HOD or LOD has been or is forming. If you do not, if you take trades after price has begun moving, then you are effectively chasing the trade which has a negative effect on the size of your stoploss, and therefore the size of your trade and therefore profitability.
6. Ensure that you only trade on the basis of closed candles, preferably with multiple confirmations.
7. Only take trades at the peak formation highs and lows on the intraday cycle. This will be an even stronger signal if it also lines up with a peak formation high or low in the three-day cycle.
8. When you're learning, aim to make 50 pips per day.
50/50 bounce is a trade off the 50 EMA (The water), it is the first pull back after anchor/Peak Formation High or Peak Formation Low and is taken after crossing of 13/50 EMA. (50/200ema cross is a bonus)
Intra Day 50 (ID 50) is 50/50 bounce on the 15 minute timeframe and ID Safety is 50/50 bounce after crossing of 50/200 EMAs.
ID50 is seen in 15 min. There is also 1 hour 50/50 bounce and 4hr 50/50 bounce trades.
ID50 is the first pull back after anchor formation and a trend continuation setup:
There is crossing of 13/50 EMAs only (50/200 cross is a bonus)
ID Safety/Safety trade/ID 50 Safety is seen in the 15 mins TF = There has to be a 50/200 cross to make it a safety trade.
AR : Asian Range.
These are moves that occur straight out of the blue asian box. AR00 is the top or bottom of the Asian range and AR50 is middle of the range. It is a trade with bounce off the 50 EMA.
Not that dealers do the same thinh everyday.

The Asian Range is ideally 15-25 pips. However pairs withAUD,JPY and NZD can consist of more than 25 pips range in theAsianSession.
