*Tech4Good Fellowship* program at Dhwani Rural Information Systems in partnership with the Azim Premji Foundation. As part of this initiative, Dhwani is seeking talented individuals to join us as Tech4Good Fellows and make a meaningful impact through technology. About the Fellowship: The Tech4Good Fellowship is a 1-year paid program designed for individuals who are passionate about leveraging their technical skills for social impact. As a Tech4Good Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with NGOs and other organizations, developing and deploying tech solutions to address critical social challenges. Who Should Apply: - Candidates with a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, computer science, or related fields. - Individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, tech delivery, data management, or software development. - Tech enthusiasts who have a basic understanding of terms like UI, Frontend, Backend, DBMS, Dashboards, Open source, etc. - Applicants with data proficiency in analysis tools such as Excel/Power BI, GDS, etc. - Those with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Individuals who are passionate about creating social impact through technology and eager to contribute to the tech-for-good sector. Who Shouldn't Apply: - Individuals without a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the specified fields. - Candidates who lack basic data proficiency and understanding of tech terms. - Those who do not have strong communication skills or struggle to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Applicants who are not passionate about creating social impact through technology. Stipend/Salary: The Fellow will receive a stipend/salary ranging from 6-8 lakh per annum based on experience. Job Location: The first 6 months include in-office training on the basics of tech & #frappe #erpnext products, in Dhwani’s Gurugram office. After training, the Fellow will be placed in a non-profit in the Delhi region based on the non-profit's location and need.
