Five months ago, I was at my lowest point ever ; I didn't recognize myself in the mirror anymore . I was lost, I was helpless, backstabbed, left alone . I saw what was behind some masks with a marriage that crumbled because I was so burned out it had consumed me .
Now , since April, I started to work out again - four weeks of nourishing this body and nearly half a year of putting myself back together again.
I am finally able to see myself again , and with that, I found the way back to myself with a promise to be more carefull from now on | 188 |
