On Thursday, 5 Nov, Teacher Jo and Teacher Faith will show you the step-by-step approach for these questions - S.O.L.V.E. for Math, A.B.C. for Science. Both are former PSLE markers and ex-MOE/GEP teachers.

Parents, if you’re looking to make the upcoming school holiday productive, our Marks Accelerator Programme (M.A.P.) gives students focused revision in Math, Science & Chinese to strengthen concepts, improve answering techniques and build exam confidence.

This is especially useful for students who understand the topic but are still losing marks from problem-solving or answering technique.

But this is exactly why we spend so much time teaching how to think critically and answer using BlueTree's answering technique, not just what to memorise.
For Science OEQ, knowing the concept is only one part.
Students also need to know how to identify what the question wants, use the evidence given, and explain their answer clearly using our A.B.C. answering technique.

Your child may understand what the graph is showing.
But the gap is knowing how to turn that graph into a complete Science answer.
