Something is killing you slowly, but you are still taking it in moderation. You think being healthy, is not being sick. You can be healthy outside, but your insides are screaming. Have you checked your HB1AC? Have you checked your Triglycerides to HDL Ratio? What about your Waist/Hip circumference? Or something as simple as your BP and resting heart rate? Some of you, just 5mins walk, your heart rate per min will be 150+. Just for a reference; This is a Kenyan marathon runner Eliud Kipchoge. He won last year’s marathon, with his highest heart rate per min maxing at 171 bpm. If I tell you stop bread, noodles, pasta, seed oils and the likes you will tell me, you eat them and NOTHING is wrong with you. Don’t worry, I’m praying nothing should be wrong with you too.

Because modern fruits has upset the natural balance of nature. It was supposed to be: One month, nature wants you to eat apple. Next 3 months nature takes away apple and give you guava. Then for like 2 months, no fruits. Your body clears the sugar from the two previous fruits while you walk to farm and eating twice a day. By next fruit season you are ready again. Today you eat fruits that are supposed to be seasonal, all year. Sugar addiction makes you addicted to them Health professionals sing their praises in every ailment, oblivious to the fact that most of them are GMOs, filled with pesticides, force ripened, less fiber, less nutrients and loads of sugar.
