Repost from Endeavour
The Lindsay Clancy trial is an example of why I do not believe in the absolutism of American free speech laws. I believe there should be a publication ban on all high-profile criminal cases.
The jury in the Lindsay Clancy trial were clearly influenced by the social media circus surrounding it to vote "not guilty". Not only that, it allowed what should have been a simple criminal trial to spawn a demonic anti-child cult, which has resulted in the murder of at least one other child.
All of that could've been avoided with a publication ban. Clearly, that would have resulted in a fairer trial and a healthier outcome for society. Free speech for political expression is essential, but banning media access on certain criminal trials is a reasonable limit.

I reprinted this little classic at Substack because it is always relevant. That's what makes it a classic.

Jonathan Bowden's Clear Them Out! is a collection of his best political "stump speeches" for the British National Party.
It is now in print in hardcover, paperback, and ebook. An audio book is coming soon. Now available from Counter-Currents as well as Amazon.com and other bookseller worldwide.
Praise for Clear Them Out!
“Jonathan Bowden’s speeches have become truly iconic within the dissident Right information ecosystem. Delivered in unfashionable pubs and halls under tobacco-stained wallpaper, Bowden’s soaring oratory both inspired and informed. This lovingly collected set of Bowden speeches allows us to hit the pause button and savor Bowden’s actual ideas in written form, which, somehow, retain their ability to move and inspire awe.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed immersing myself in these Bowden speeches and imagining the power and charisma with which he which he would’ve delivered them. These being Bowden speeches, I also learnt all mann
