Simple things you can do to help yourself amidst chaos: -Take 5-10min in the beginning and end of each day to take some deep breaths and bring your energy back to you in the here and now. Drop your consciousness into your heart while breathing deeply 🧘 -Take a break from social media ✅ -Drink water 💧 -Excercise 🚴 -Take account of what is serving you and what is not. Instead of “thinking” about it, feel into it. If you are feeling exhausted but don’t know why, reflect on your activities and/or thought processes. Unknowingly we give our energy to things/beliefs that don’t serve us until we become aware of it. -Spend time in nature with animals 🦄

It feels like the world is ending and in many respects, it is. The old paradigm of money, power, greed is falling and failing….. We are entering a new 🆕 age, a new paradigm, where humanity comes out of the mind and into the heart ♥️ What does this mean? Everything built in this lower level of consciousness from the past comes to the surface to be addressed, healed, and revealed. All of humanity is feeling the dense emotions of loneliness, fear, exhaustion, desperation that has existed in this realm for eons…. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and it is YOU. The true authentic version of yourself. Your true beingness that is here to love unconditionally. You have never been abandoned, you have never been alone, you have never been and will never be forgotten 💚 The best is yet to come, this is true, but you already here and what could be better than that 🤩
