according to recent reports, one of the crew member was having a bowel emergency and took a shit in the helm. When the captain came in to maneuver the ship under the bridge and in-between the bridge piers he stepped on the fresh indian dung (a reprocessed cow dung), he slipped and as he tried to avoid falling, he grabbed by the wheel and steered the ship directly towards the bridge.
