| 7 | D.ai.sy Updates:
Some important announcements as we prepare to go live with the new private fund model, payout those who have requested to permanently exit, and complete the updated smart contract for those who allowed their wallets to get compromised:
1. Kyc link for compromised wallets are now available in the daisy.global back office, and will remain available until 1pm UTC Friday, April 5th.
2. Our current management software is not able to process the exit withdraws until all of the compromised wallets are resolved and migrated. Because of this, there will be no exceptions on the compromised wallet timelines, KYC window will close on April 5th, and the next step will begin. Any compromised wallets that do not complete KYC by the 5th will have zero exceptions, as our goal is to complete the migration process with the new wallets as quickly as possible, so that we can release the exit withdraws.
3. We have received 100's of requests from members wishing to cancel their permanent exit request, not understanding that requesting their exit withdraws means that they will be permanently removed from D.ai.sy, no new contributions can be made, no unilevel or bonus pools can be earned, and there will be no more trading rewards.
For those who requested a permanent exit and wish to cancel their exit, we now have a "cancel my permanent exit" link available in your back office.
4. For members who have lost all access to your private wallet, you can now go to daisy.global with a new wallet, and complete your form to request a wallet change. This group will not effect the withdraw timeline for exiting members, and will also require the KYC process as well as additional steps that confirm your situation is valid.
5. Many have also shared that the purpose for their exit request is to participate in the new project with blockchain sports, and may miss out on the current price as the bcs founders packs will be increasing monthly by 10% starting April 1st. Therefor, the permanent exit wallets will have the opportunity to purchase any Founders Pack at the original price once the exit withdraws are paid out.
6. Our goal is to complete the compromised wallet migration and release the permanent exit withdraws as fast as possible. Our bigger goal is to complete the new fund model as fast as possible, and we are excited to be well ahead of schedule. We want to share a few exciting updates with you:
1. The final stage of licensing and registration for the Fund model is in progress and ahead of schedule. Once completed, withdraws will resume as normal. We will keep everyone updated in real time.
2. We are also in the final stage of setting up our own brokerage, in parallel with the licensing and registration. This will allow a significant increase in performance through better trade execution, as well as strengthen the legal infrastructure.
3. Compromised wallets are being assessed and the kyc link will be available next week.
4. For those who have simply lost access to your wallet but it was not stolen, a form will also be available next week.
5. Approximately 10% of members have requested to fully exit D.ai.sy. We are now assessing the withdraw requests against those effected by compromised wallets, and our plan is to payout those not effected as quickly as possible. More details to come. | 148 |
| 10 | News for compromised wallets
1st off, we need to say that this is a courtesy, not an obligation. We have gotten messages from some community members that were very rude and demanding, many have also been very thankful that we are now able to step in and help.
If someone lost or compromised their access to their wallet, that is no one else's responsibility, however, because the crowd fund has ended, we have 1 (and only 1) opportunity to fix it, and we are doing this by migrating to a new smart contract. This process take enormous work and resources, but we are doing it because we want to do whats best for the community.
This week 2 things will be avaliable.
For those who were able to login and submit the compromised wallet form, a KYC link will be available in your back office this week.
For those who have lost all access to your wallet, we will be sending out another form this week for you to complete.

| 12 | 🟡 More clarification on the current situation ‼️
This relates to the DAISY fund. During the traditional global call on March 1st, several important clarifications were announced regarding the future operations of our community following the conclusion of the crowdfunding phase and until obtaining all necessary fund licenses. We will now clarify all points one by one.
1️⃣ Due to legal reasons, DAISY is compelled to suspend profit withdrawals until obtaining a license for the hedge fund.
On February 21, 2024, the project legally exited the crowdfunding phase (relevant documents were signed), during which capital management licenses were not required, and is now awaiting approval for a financial fund license. DAISY has already received approval for such a license; now they await the completion of all legal formalities, which may take 1 to 6 months.
Conducting profit withdrawals for participants in an unapproved fund status would constitute a violation, potentially resulting in the freezing of all managed funds and legal proceedings.
However, Forex trading continues, and all memebers can still view trading results in their personal accounts.
2️⃣ For those wishing to exit the project and withdraw their funds entirely, a corresponding form has been placed in the user profile section of the personal account.
Until March 8th, anyone interested may apply to withdraw their entire balance, including accrued profits, and terminate the contract. According to the rules, a 30% commission on profits will be deducted, while the trading amount will be refunded in full without commissions.
Note that exiting DAISY forfeits all privileges except Endotech shares, namely: receiving rewards from event pools, Achievers, Builders, Pacesetters, and Pacesetter Leaders. Returning to DAISY with the same wallet will also not be possible.
The DAISY team will process all applications within approximately one month, check wallets for breaches, and conduct owner identification procedures (KYC).
During this verification, funds of those who applied to exit DAISY will continue trading. Once the verification is completed, applicants will need to confirm their exit request, and withdrawal timelines will be announced.
3️⃣ Considering the significant increase in wallet fraud and theft, particularly before our recent meeting in Dubai, and desiring to protect the financial assets of our partners, the DAISY team has also provided a form for those whose wallets have been compromised, which must be completed by March 8th.
While wallet breach situations have occurred before, though not as widespread, the project was in the crowdfunding stage, accepting new members, and lacked the technical capability for wallet replacement. In the future operations, DAISY/Limitless will provide protection against wallet breaches for all partners.
If any fraudster has already filled out any of these forms on your behalf, don't worry; contact us through your sponsors, and your situation will be addressed individually.
The new wallet specified in the form must NOT be a sub-account with the same seed phrase but must contain a different seed phrase (12 words).
If you have lost your 12 phrases or private key to the wallet and cannot access your account, a new form will be created outside the personal account for such cases.
4️⃣ Payouts from all pools are categorized as bonuses and thus are legal and continue to be paid. Builder and Achiever pool allocations for January, scheduled for early March, will be delayed as the participant database from the Dubai event has just been transferred to the technical department, requiring time for processing and qualification verification for pools.
The legal team is working diligently to obtain the license promptly and transition to a closed fund mode, where any amount can be withdrawn from the account, and the profit commission will be reduced to 20%, of which 15% will still be distributed across the network. | 320 |
