FROM TODAY'S REPORTING GLUTEUS MINIMUS AND MEDIUS ATROPHY & FATTY INFILTRATION We tend to look for gluteal abnormalities on MRI but when there is such extensive atrophy and fatty infiltration it becomes apparent on CT.
