Sanseiru（三十六 "36 Hands") is an advanced kata originating from the Naha-te lineage of Okinawan karate. It's characterized by powerful stances, particularly Sanchin Dachi, and focuses on close-range combat and grappling techniques. Suparinpei (壱百零八) Kata Suparinpei (壱百零八, also knows as Pechurin and Hyakuhachiho) is one of the original Kata from RyuRuKo Sensei while he was in Fuzchou in the Fukien Province of Southern China and was handed down to Kanryo Higaonna Sensei. Visually it is similar to the Chinese White Crane Kata and the Kempo Kata of the Dragon! Its Okinawan counterpart is Pechurin. Superinpei is the number 108 in Chinese and the Kata itself is sometimes called or translated as; 1. 108 Hands 2. The final 108 hands 3. 108 Techniques. And has special significance in Buddhism. Superinpei is Naha-te’s longest Kata containing more applications and techniques than any other Naha-te Kata and uses classic breathing however silent [Ibuki]. Yes still can executed with perfect form and end in Zanshin. Many of the techniques in this Kata can also be found in earlier Naha-te Kata (Seisan and Sanseiru, etc…). Master Kanazawa of Shotokan and Keiyo University of Tokyo, add this kata to their associations and called it Hyakuhachiho.

誘う手 - The Okinawan karate term Sasoei-Di (sometimes spelled Sasoe-di or Sasoi-te) refers to a "luring hand" or "inviting technique." It comes from the verb sasou (誘う) meaning to invite, entice, lure, or draw in, and te/di (手) meaning hand. Concept of Sasoei-Di is a strategic feint or invitation to provoke the opponent into attacking. Dropping the guard slightly and open the body or move subtly in a way that invites attack. Waza no Kankyu (技の緩急) The deliberate control of speed, tension, and tempo in techniques of your kata during performance. It means adjusting the speed and intensity of your techniques. knowing when to move slowly and when to move fast. In Karate, not all movements should be at the same pace (Not all movements in kata should be done at the same speed or intensity). Some parts of a kata should flow gently, while others must strike with speed and force. This contrast makes your techniques more realistic, powerful, and expressive. It also shows control and maturity.
