Bold maker isn't working😐

Wanna get a great result in IELTS Listening? Stop confusing these words!  Many candidates learn advanced vocabulary 'cause they think that the more difficult it is, the better. But it's not always true. When they sit a real test, they find out that many answers are very simple words which they use every day. BUT these words are not as simple as they seem, and they are definitely worth your attention! Why is it the case? This is because IELTS creators often choose the words which have the same or similar pronunciation. As a result, most non-natives make mistakes in the spelling of these words because they underestimate their importance and, therefore, do not revise them.  1)__ a drought & a draught & a draft __ a drought |draʊt| = a period of dry weather, especially a long one that is injurious to crops  a draught |drɑːft| = a current of unpleasantly cold air blowing through a room  a draft |drɑːft| = a version of something (such as a document) that you make before you make the final version  2) __a vacation & a vocation __ a vacation |vəˈkeɪʃ(ə)n| = a period of suspension of work, study, or other activity, usually used for rest, recreation, or travel  a vocation |və(ʊ)ˈkeɪʃ(ə)n| = a strong desire to spend your life doing a certain kind of work  3) ** a fair & a fare ** a fair |feə| = a large public event at which there are various kinds of competitions, games, rides, and entertainment; an event at which many people gather to buy things or to get information about a product or activity; an event at which different things (such as crafts or food) are sold usually for charity  a fare |feə| = the money paid for a journey on public transport  4)  a route & a root  a route |ruːt| = a way to get from one place to another place  a root |ruːt| = the part of a plant that grows underground, gets water from the ground, and holds the plant in place  5) a kettle & cattle a kettle |ˈkɛt(ə)l| = a container for boiling water  cattle |ˈkɛt(ə)l| = cows, bulls, or steers that are kept on a farm or ranch for meat or milk

Did you know that the average score for IELTS writing is 5.5? That means that those of you that need a Band 7+ have to work extra hard in order to beat those odds. On top of that, there are so many free IELTS materials on the internet that it can be difficult to know who you can trust. My team receives hundreds of emails from confused people just like yourself every single week, asking questions like: Which structure should I follow? Can I use personal pronouns in my essay? Will using ‘high-level’ words increase my score? If these^ sound familiar, then I have some fantastic news for you… You’re finally going to get the help and feedback you need to write a Band 7+ essay in our new FREE mini-course - 'IELTS Essay Clinic’. Sometimes we hear people say that " this food is good for health " Well, yes it conveys the message ( they are trying to say that the food is not bad for our health ) but in a wrong way. In English people say it this way: This food is healthy. -What are you eating ? - Just a salad. You know, it is healthy.

It is pretty obvious, though.

What does the second person mean by " to be on it " ? Send your answer it @IELTSAdvantage_bot We will explain it later today. ( Just thought you might find it useful )

Everyday conversation: - who is washing the dishes ? - i am on it.

Here it is by the way.
