Good morning everyone. I shared this small video to you so that you can understand the importance of writing actual hobbies/ interest in your PIQ forms. What I used to do when I was preparing especially for interview part- I used to watch YouTube videos of selected candidates who gave mock interviews for their IAS interview, it helped me in understanding what are all the things which are required to be answered and most importantly the way of answering the questions. How to listen the questions carefully and then taking a pause and framing your answer in your mind and delivering it very calmly. ✔️ do not overwrite things in your PIQ form as your entire interview is based on that and IO will try to judge you on the basis of the questions on things which you have mentioned in your form. ✔️ try to write all the possible questions related to your sports, group activity, curricular, hobbies and write a detailed answers. ✔️ never speak one liner answer. ✔️ in case of any social issue/ defence/ national interest questions- tell the facts as well as your opinion or suggestions for that particular situation.
