Passion is simply misunderstood. Our culture loves to talk about passion. It’s a hot word. “Find your passion.” “Follow your passion.” Etc. etc. etc. What we don’t realize about passion is that it’s not just a feel good fun word to throw around. Passion costs you something. If you look up the origin, you’ll find that “passion” come from the Latin, pati — which means “to suffer”. We don’t talk about passion in terms of suffering, but it’s time that we started. The things you are passionate about are not simply the things that make you feel good and come alive– they are also the things that you're willing to fight for. What are those things for you? The Reason why most people continue to say Misaligned... Is simply because they refuse to commit. Whether is it because they are afraid, expect things to be 100%, or just don't want to fail I realised the reason most people feel they lack clarity in life is NOT because they don't know what they can focus on... But because they are simply afraid to decide on a path. Be ok to fail. Be ok to be wrong. Be ok to pivot. Be ok to be uncertain. But if you always have a "ahhh maybe not" attitude, And you don't go all in with 100% action DESPITE not feeling 100% confident about it, Ironically that will make you even more likely to fail.

If you are an employee or entrepreneur… Wouldn’t it be great you actually LOOK FORWARD to the end of a great holiday? Just to get back to your mission and doing something you actually enjoy and believe in. I used to think it was impossible, But grateful to share that I am living it now :)

Enough is Enough. Each week, I hear so many entrepreneurs & side-hustlers constantly moaning that: 1. They lack clarity, direction & fulfilment towards their dream life 2. They don’t have the energy, time & focus to do what it takes to take action 3. They have self-doubt, procrastinate, and overthink even if they know what to do 4. They don’t have the systems & processes to consistently grow their income They also SAY they want to: 1. Make more money to live a more comfortable & fulfilling life 2. Have more time & energy to spend with their family & loved ones 3. Live to their fullest potential by creating a positive impact on others 4. Do all of the above while being happy & healthy Yet despite this they: 1. Spend their precious time, money & energy jumping from one new idea to another 2. Consume hours of content from social media, courses & emails without actually taking action 3. Do the same thing over & over again expecting different results 4. Try to overcome all of the above by themselves without any help In short, like what Melvin Soh recently shared, most people DESIRE to get better results, but they aren’t actually committed. To finally be serious. To be uncomfortable. To invest in themselves. To take the first step. In other words, they aren’t willing to go all in. And whether is it because they don’t believe in themselves, are stuck in their comfort zone, or afraid of what’d happen if they fail… (the reason I know all of these is because all of the above happened to me for years) Here’s my suggestion. Get Support. Because when you have someone else looking over you - whether is it to provide you with coaching & mentorship, feedback, or simply accountability… Where you get to clarify your doubts, ask questions, or simply to have someone to watch out for your blind spots, That’s when the probability of your success significantly increases. And no, I am NOT saying you need to work with me (because I only work with a very specific group of clients anyway), but if you’ve read till this fear It’s probably a sign for you to stop. To stop dabbling around. To stop overthinking. To stop lying to yourself. To stop procrastinating. And once you are finally serious and realise that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH… It’d be worth it because your business & life will get so much easier. You got this. #masterimplementers P.S.
