Polymarket says a third-party provider was compromised, affecting its international platform on October 29.

Kalshi completed a $1 billion funding round co-led by Sequoia Capital and Wellington Management, CNBC reports, citing the company.
The valuation is up from $22 billion in May. Kalshi says the capital will support expansion beyond prediction markets, including leveraged event contracts, single-stock perpetuals and compute markets, according to CNBC.
