Nanhai Art Center, designed by #madarchitects, is situated in the Nanhai Cultural Area, which is a significant urban oasis in the city, and occupies an area of #approximately 59,400 sqm, and comprises three cultural venues, including a grand theater, a museum, and a sports center. The roof design of the building integrates #energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies such as cadmium telluride photovoltaic power generation, #rainwater collection and irrigation, and #vertical #greening, achieving a demonstration effect of green carbon reduction. China Textile Center, designed by ATAH, is an art and commercial complex located in Shaoxing. The Heli-stage of CTC, situated at the main entrance of the complex, serves as the heart of the project. As the symbolic center of the entire complex, this #unique #structure has its own design language and aims to blend the various commercial #attractions with an artistic touch. The design concept involves a #spiral form that blurs the boundary between floors, there by #connecting the exterior space with the interior, and creating a continuous exhibition space. To achieve this visual effect, a geometric web fuses onto a #helical #surface. The Golden Sands Lake Grand Theater, designed by #CCTN Design, is a cultural landmark of the entire Golden Sands Lake area and #blends in with the surroundings. The grand theater features a flexible and undulating form to harmonize with the #urban #interface on the north side and the landscape interface on the south side. It covers an area of #31,889 sqm and has a 1,400-seat #auditorium and a 500-seat multipurpose hall, which are both connected by a common lobby. The theater exhibits a free-spirited, flexible, and full-bodied form, elegantly standing by the shores of #Golden #Sands #Lake. The perforated facade is composed of over 5,000 triangular elements of varying sizes, creating a #texture that blends solid and void.
