यह course Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation द्वारा आयोजित किया जा रहा है। यह organisation पहले भी कई successful courses host कर चुका है और बहुत से learners को useful computer और office skills सिखा चुका है।
यह course 31 January 2026 से शुरू होगा।
Classes होंगी हर Saturday और Sunday।
Class का समय रहेगा शाम 6:00 बजे से 7:00 बजे तक।
Course की कुल अवधि होगी 2 महीने, यानी 31 January से 29 March 2026 तक।
सभी classes online Zoom पर आयोजित की जाएँगी।
इस पूरे course की introductory fee सिर्फ ₹349 रखी गई है।
अगर किसी कारण से आप live class join नहीं कर पाते हैं, तो भी आप आराम से सीख सकते हैं।
हर class की recording और practice files आपको मिलेंगी और आपको इन recordings का lifetime access दिया जाएगा, जिससे आप कभी भी, जितनी बार चाहें, पढ़ सकते हैं और revise कर सकते हैं।
कोर्स में क्या बताया जाएगा
इस course में Microsoft Excel को बहुत clear और practical तरीके से सिखाया जाएगा। सबसे पहले Excel की शुरुआत कराई जाएगी और बताया जाएगा कि worksheets कैसे organize होते हैं और rows, columns और cells के साथ confidently कैसे काम किया जाता है।
आप सीखेंगे data enter करना, manage करना और analyze करना। Calculations, comparisons और real office tasks के लिए formulas और functions का सही use करना सिखाया जाएगा। Presentation बेहतर बनाने के लिए formatting और conditional formatting भी cover किया जाएगा।
आप सीखेंगे sorting और filtering, Excel के different tools का use, और Find और Go To जैसे options से fast काम करना। Practical classes में आप real-life Excel files बनाना सीखेंगे जैसे marksheets, attendance sheets, expense records, reports और कई दूसरे useful formats। हर topic step by step समझाया जाएगा और हर class में regular practice कराई जाएगी।
इस course का special हिस्सा है Excel के साथ AI का use।
आप सीखेंगे कैसे AI की मदद से Excel files create और edit करें, formulas बनाएं, errors ठीक करें, data समझें, proper formatting लगाएं और sheets improve करें। साथ ही यह भी ध्यान रखा जाएगा कि आप Excel को खुद समझ कर use करें ताकि आपकी Excel understanding strong बने और confidence बढ़े।
महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश
• सीखने के लिए laptop best रहेगा। Phone से join कर सकते हैं, लेकिन Excel practice limited होगी।
• Daily class recordings और practice files share की जाएँगी और इनका lifetime access मिलेगा।
• Course पूरा करने के बाद आपको Certificate of Completion मिलेगा (Tech Assistant for Blind Foundation द्वारा)। Certificate के लिए final test देना ज़रूरी है।
• Teaching NVDA screen reader के साथ होगी और ज़्यादातर समझाना simple Hindi में होगा।
• पहले से Excel आना ज़रूरी नहीं है।
