16 Το όραμα του Ιρανού Προέδρου Ebrahim Raisi προς τα ανατολικά ήταν καθοριστικό για την προώθηση του στρατηγικού δεσμού μεταξύ Μόσχας, Τεχεράνης και Πεκίνου και ανοίγοντας το δρόμο για τη θεσμοθέτηση της πολυπολικότητας.
Εν μέσω της θλίψης για την απώλεια του Ιρανού Προέδρου Ebrahim Raisi, θα πρέπει να αφιερώσουμε λίγο χρόνο για να θυμηθούμε τον αποφασιστικό δρόμο που ακολούθησε προς μια νέα παγκόσμια τάξη πραγμάτων.
Στα σχεδόν τρία χρόνια από τότε που ο Ραΐσι ανέλαβε την ιρανική προεδρία, η ευρασιατική ολοκλήρωση και η ώθηση για πολυπολικότητα ουσιαστικά οδηγήθηκαν από τρεις βασικούς παράγοντες: τη Ρωσία, την Κίνα και το Ιράν.
Δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι αυτές είναι οι τρεις μεγαλύτερες «υπαρξιακές απειλές» για την ηγεμονική εξουσία.
Την περασμένη Κυριακή στις 10 το βράδυ, ο Ρώσος πρόεδρος Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν κάλεσε τον Ιρανό πρεσβευτή στη Μόσχα, Καζέμ Τζαλάλι, σε μια αυτοσχέδια συνάντηση με τα καλύτερα μυαλά στο ρωσικό υπουργείο Άμυνας.
Αυτή η πρόσκληση ξεπέρασε κατά πολύ τις κοντόφθαλμες εικασίες των μέσων ενημέρωσης για το αν ο πρόωρος θάνατος του Ιρανού προέδρου οφειλόταν σε «ατύχημα» ή σε πράξη δολιοφθοράς. Ήταν το αποτέλεσμα της ακούραστης δουλειάς του Raisi να τοποθετήσει το Ιράν ως ένα έθνος με ανατολικό προσανατολισμό, σφυρηλατώντας θαρραλέα στρατηγικές συμμαχίες με μεγάλες ασιατικές δυνάμεις, ενώ παράλληλα γλυκάνει τους δεσμούς της Τεχεράνης με πρώην περιφερειακούς εχθρούς.

Επιστροφή στο τραπέζι στη Μόσχα το βράδυ της Κυριακής: Όλοι ήταν εκεί, από τον Υπουργό Άμυνας Αντρέι Μπελούσοφ και τον Γραμματέα του Συμβουλίου Ασφαλείας Σεργκέι Σόιγκου μέχρι τον Αρχηγό του Γενικού Επιτελείου Βαλέρι Γκερασίμοφ, τον Υπουργό Διαχείρισης Έκτακτης Ανάγκης Alexander Kurenkov και τον Ειδικό Σύμβουλο του Προέδρου Igor Levitin.
Το πιο σημαντικό μήνυμα ήταν ότι η Μόσχα στέκεται πίσω από την Τεχεράνη και η Ρωσία υποστηρίζει πλήρως τη σταθερότητα και τη συνέχεια της ιρανικής κυβέρνησης, οι οποίες είναι ήδη πλήρως εγγυημένες από το ιρανικό Σύνταγμα και τις λεπτομερείς διατάξεις του για ειρηνική μετάβαση της εξουσίας ακόμη και σε ασυνήθιστες συνθήκες.
Δεδομένου ότι βρισκόμαστε σε έναν ολοκληρωτικό υβριδικό πόλεμο που συνορεύει με έναν θερμό πόλεμο στα περισσότερα μέρη του κόσμου, τα τρία πολιτισμικά κράτη που διαμορφώνουν ένα νέο σύστημα διεθνών σχέσεων δεν θα μπορούσαν να είναι πιο προφανή.
Η Ρωσία, το Ιράν και η Κίνα συνδέονται ήδη με διμερείς ολοκληρωμένες στρατηγικές εταιρικές σχέσεις, είναι μέλη των BRICS και του Οργανισμού Συνεργασίας της Σαγκάης (SCO) και ο τρόπος λειτουργίας τους οριστικοποιήθηκε στην κρίσιμη σύνοδο κορυφής μεταξύ του Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν και του Κινέζου Προέδρου Σι Τζινπίνγκ στο Πεκίνο, όπως αποκαλύφθηκε. σε ολόκληρη την παγκόσμια πλειοψηφία.
