1. ለትምህርት ሁሌም አዎንታዊ አመለካከት ይኑራችሁ 2. ላሏችሁ ችሎታዎች ተገቢ አመለካከት ይኑራችሁ ☞ በትምህርት ውስጥ መማር አዲስ ዕውቀትን ማግኛ ብቻ ሳይሆን ለሚፈለግ የጠባይ ለውጥም ወሳኝ ነው፤ ችግር ፈቺ መሆንን፣ የተደበቁ ተሰጥኦዎችን ማወቂያ በዚህም የተለያዩ ችሎታዎች የሚዳብሩበት ሂደታዊ የለውጥ መንገድ ማሳያ እና ማብቂያ ነው። 3. ጥሩ የጥናት ልምድን አዳብሩ ☞ የምታጠኑትን ነገር አጠቃላይ ይዘት ለማወቅ ውስጡን/ጉዳዩን ማየት፣ ማንበብ፤ ከዚያም በእያንዳንዱ ርዕስ ላይ ተመስርታችሁ ጥያቄ ማውጣት፣ ላወጣችሁት ጥያቄ መልስ ለማግኘት የበለጠ በርዕሱ ዙሪያ ማንበብ፣ ተዛማጅ ሙከራዎችን መስራት/የተለያዩ ዘዴዎችን መተግበር። 1. ዕቅድ ማውጣት ☞ የምታጠኗቸውን የትምህርት ዓይነቶች እና ምዕራፎች ብዛት መለየት፣ የጥናት ሰዓት በየዕለቱ በመመደብ የተወሰነውን ሰዓት በትምህርት ዓይነቶቹ እና ምዕራፎቹ ከፋፍሎ መመደብ ያስፈልጋል። 2. ቅኝት ማድረግ ☞ ቅኝት ማድረግ (የዳሰሳ ጥናት)፤ አንድን ምዕራፍ ለማንበብ ከመጀመራችሁ በፊት ጠቅላላ ይዘቱን፣ ርዕሶችን እና ንዑስ ርዕሶች ማየት፤ ተለይተው የወጡ ትርጉሞችን እና የሚነበበውን ነገር ጥቂት ደቂቃዎች በመመደብ ማየት። 3. ጥያቄ ☞ ስለ ምዕራፉ ይዘት ምንነት እና በምዕራፉ ውስጥ ጠቃሚ ሊባል የሚችለው ነገር ምን እንደሆነ ራስን መጠየቅ እና መልስ ከመጽሐፉ ወይም ከምታነቡት ነገር ለማግኘት ማሰብ፤ ይህም ምዕራፉን የምታነቡበትን ምክንያት ግልጽ ያደርግላችኋል። 4. ንባብ ☞ ማንበብ መጀመር፤ በንባብ ወቅት ቁልፍ ቃላት እና ፍችያቸው ላይ ማስታወሻ መያዝ። 5. የማስታወስ ስልቶችን ተግባራዊ ማድረግ ☞ ለማስታወስ ከምንጠቀምባቸው ዘዴዎች ውስጥ ለምሳሌ ስላነበብነው ነገር አሳጥሮ ማስታወሻ መያዝ (ዋና ዋና የትኩረት ነጥቦችን)፤ 6. ክለሳ ☞ በንባብ ወቅት ቁልፍ ቃላት እና ፍችያቸው ላይ ከያዝነው ማስታወሻ በመነሳት ዋና ዋና ቁምነገሮች ላይ በማተኮር በክለሳ መልክ ማንበብ።

Time Management

One of the most critical skills for academic success is effective management of your study time. Time management skills are essential because they help ensure you stay on top of all your readings, projects, and exams. Managing your time well also requires you to stay organized, prioritize your tasks, and plan out a daily, weekly, and monthly study schedule that you stick to. ☞ Set aside time to study & make this time a part of your regular schedule.  Much of our behavior is habitual, so it’s best to capitalize on this concept and make your study times a part of your regular routine. ☞ Make sure your study time is structured. Not only is this a time for completing immediate tasks, but also a time to prepare for future assignments. Review your class syllabi to ensure you are keeping up with your reading assignments. Reread your class notes to make sure they make sense.
