Only v4 and v6 are currently working
Rest are dormant
V4 is and always was the most reliable and best app we have
V6 looks great but it's not as reliable as v4 tbh

So, been getting few messages regarding buffering today, very minority few, probably 2% of our customer base, normally I wouldn't even take the time to explain this, as common sense should really prevail.
This response going to be long winded and is the last time I'll explain it
Firstly let me point out that buffering issues are 100% nothing to do with the service, its just not possible, the service either works or it doesn't, there's no in-between.
Now, buffering, buffering reasons could be any of 100 different reasons for you, so many different factors come into play, so let me take the time to explain most common reasons
1. The obvious one, weak WiFi connection, WiFi dropping in and out, too many people using WiFi at same time, remember all your neighbours use same WiFi channel as you also, WiFi channel can be changed in your Internet settings, hardwire Internet directly to device is a massive help.
People constantly tell me Internet is perfect cos Netflix working fine, Netflix are a multi billion dollar company who spend millions of dollars every year to provide adaptive streaming to its users, Google adaptive streaming
People constantly sending me screenshot of speed test from their phones, its no use, you need to do speed test on device u are watching it from.
2. Cheap devices
most of the above would be limited if people had decent devices.
100s people this time last year bought the firestick lite version cos they were 29quid, and now they are most likely useless as they don't have the capacity or processing power to perform properly for more than 6 months I'd imagine

All different prices, they all look exactly the same but are different prices for a reason, the cheaper they are the shiter they are, like anything in life.
These cheap devices, also cheap android boxes are affecting your service also, if the device is not running at full capacity its not getting the proper Internet signal either, again hence buffering.
3. If your trying to watch FHD channel on a cheap device it does not have the processing power to deliver, again hence buffering
I could go on and on and on for hours with reasons tbh , but all boils down to 3 things really
1. Common sense
2. Realistic expectations from an illegal service ( 100% perfection would cost you few grand a year, not 75 quid)
3. Housekeeping, look after your device, Don't cheap out, don't have load of unwanted apps on device that can't handle them
To sum up
If you have a decent capable device and a decent Internet you will not have any issues with buffering
I can't help people unless they first try help themselves
I will not respond to anymore messages regarding buffering unless it's the service causing it, which is 99.9% impossible
