Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi's crashed helicopter was located by Iranian, not Turkish, UAVs, stated Nasrollah Rashnudi, the Iranian Consul General in Erbil. Earlier, Anadolu Agency claimed a Turkish Akıncı UAV had detected a 'heat source' believed to be the helicopter's wreckage. The International Criminal Court (ICC) is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. This was announced by the court's chief prosecutor, Karim Khan, in an interview with CNN. The decision will be made by a panel of ICC judges. Arrest warrants are also being sought for Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and two senior Hamas leaders – the leader of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al-Masri, and the political leader of the group, Ismail Haniyeh.

Iran has modernized its Soviet-era Su-22 fighters by installing locally produced "Arman" air-launched ballistic missiles. The Su-22 was manufactured by the Soviet Union in 1966.

Turkey and Azerbaijan insist on changing not only Armenia's constitution but also Syria's.
