💎A Great Honour Upon the Shaikh💎
🔹Meeting Between Ash-Shaykh Yaḥyā ibn ʿAlī Al-Hajooree and His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Ash-Shaykh Dr. ʿAbdul Laṭeef Āl Ash-Shaykh
📍At 10:00 a.m., we departed with our Shaykh, Ash-Shaykh Yaḥyā ibn ʿAlī Al-Hajooree (حفظه الله), for the city of Jeddah, where we met with His Excellency, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ash-Shaykh Dr. ʿAbdul Laṭeef ibn ʿAbdul-ʿAzeez Āl Ash-Shaykh (حفظه الله).
From the moment we arrived, we witnessed in His Excellency excellent character, a cheerful countenance, gentleness, humility, broad-mindedness, and generous hospitality. He welcomed our Shaykh with great honour and respect, and the meeting was characterised by affection, appreciation, and mutual esteem.
The meeting lasted from approximately 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., despite His Excellency's demanding schedule and numerous official responsibilities. He said to Ash-Shaykh Yaḥyā (حفظ الله الجميع):
Indeed, I love you for the sake of Allaah. I was eager to meet you despite the limited time I have. Shortly, I have a meeting with the Council of Ministers, but my love for you made me keen to arrange this meeting."
He then graciously invited us to lunch. We replied that we had already been invited elsewhere, whereupon he said:
By Allaah, were it not for my commitments, I would have gone with you."
A lengthy discussion then took place concerning the Salafī Daʿwah in Yemen. Ash-Shaykh Yaḥyā (حفظه الله) explained the strength, firmness, and widespread presence of the Daʿwah throughout the country.
His Excellency listened attentively and demonstrated a thorough awareness of the various associations, movements, and political parties active in the arena. He was also well acquainted with many of the details relating to the affairs of the Daʿwah.
At the conclusion of the meeting, His Excellency presented Ash-Shaykh Yaḥyā with a number of beneficial books as a token of his love and esteem for him.
Nor did his kindness end there; rather, he personally accompanied our Shaykh to his vehicle, taking him by the hand and bidding him farewell with honour until he reached the car.
It was a gesture that reflected his noble character, gracious hospitality, and deep respect for the people of knowledge.
We ask Allaah, the Exalted, to reward Ash-Shaykh Dr. ʿAbdul Laṭeef Āl Ash-Shaykh with the best of rewards, to bless his efforts, to unite the hearts of Ahlus-Sunnah, and to make him a means of benefit for Islam and the Muslims.
Thereafter, we returned to Makkah, where we performed the Ẓuhr and ʿAṣr prayers at Masjid Ar-Ruhaylee.
By Allaah, we did not meet a single official in this blessed country may Allaah preserve it, except that we witnessed his honour, reverence, and love for our Shaykh. This is one of the qualities by which they are distinguished: honouring, respecting, and venerating the scholars.
We ask Allah to preserve this blessed country, its scholars, and its leaders, and to protect it and all the lands of the Muslims—from every evil and every harm.

The Second Chapter: The Rights of the Wife Upon the Husband
سادسا و سابعا: النفقة والسكنى ويجب على الزوج أن ينفق على أهله بالمعروف:
The Sixth and Seventh: Spending and Housing and its Obligation upon the Husband to Spend Upon His Family from what is Reasonable
💠ومما يلزم الزوج توفير السكن:
💠 And the Husband Must Provide Housing:
قال تعالى: {أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنتُم مِّن وُجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَآرُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوا۟ عَلَيْهِنَّۚ وَإِن كُنَّ أُو۟لَٰتِ حَمْلٍ فَأَنفِقُوا۟ عَلَيْهِنَّ} [الطلاق: ٦] هذا أمر من الله للأزواج في إسكان زوجاتهم المطلقات طلاقا رجعيا ما دمن في عدتهن، وغير المطلقات من باب أولى، وقوله: {من وجدكم} أي: من سعتكم، ثم نهاهم عن مضارتهن ومضاجرتهن بالأقوال والأفعال، أو عدم الإنفاق فيضقن فيخرجن من البيوت قبل تمام العدة، فيكونون قد تسببوا في إخراجهن وقد نهاهم الله عن إخراجهن من البيوت، لأن السكن حق لهن، ونهاهن أيضاً عن الخروج من بيوت أزواجهن بغير إذنهم، لما في خروجهن من التضييع لحق أزواجهن والافتئات عليهم، ولأن بقائهن قد يكون سببا لرجعتهن كما يدل عليه قوله: {لَا تَدْرِى لَعَلَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرًا} [الطلاق:١] وهي: الرجعة، وقوله: {إِلَّآ أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَٰحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍۚ} [الطلاق:١] أي: واضحة، كالزنا فما دونه من النشوز والمصيان والأذى بالأقوال والأفعال، للزوج أو لأهل بيته ففي هذه الحالة له أن يخرجها، وهي المتسببة في هذا الإخراج، قال الله تعالى مبينا ذلك: {تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِنۢ بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّآ أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَٰحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍۚ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُۥۚ لَا تَدْرِى لَعَلَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرًا} [الطلاق:١]
Allah the Most-High says:
✨"Lodge them [in a section] of where you dwell out of your means and do not harm them in order to oppress them. And if they should be pregnant, then spend on them." [Talaq:6]
This is a command from Allah to the husbands in providing lodging for their wives who they have pronounced divorce upon which are permissible to take back and are still in their waiting period so the one that is not divorced is first and foremost.
And His statement "out of your means" that is, from his capacity. Then He prohibited them from harming and irritating them with statements and actions or not spending on them restricting their means so they leave their homes before they complete their waiting period. As the husband was the reason for them leaving their homes. And Allah has prohibited the husbands from forcing them out of their homes. Because housing is their right and Allah forbade them from leaving the house of their husband without his permission. Because their leaving would mean neglecting their husbands' rights and encroaching upon them. And because their remaining with him may be a reason for their return, as His statement indicates:
✨"You know not; perhaps Allāh will bring about after that a [different] matter.[Talaq : 1]
And it is her returning (to her husband). And His statement:
✨"Unless they are committing a clear immorality." [Talaq : 1]
Meaning: Obvious. Like fornication. So what is below this of disobedience, slander, and harm with words and deeds, for the husband or his family, in this case he has the right to remove her. As she was the cause of this removal. As Allah the Most-High says explaining that:
✨"Do not turn them out of their [husbands'] houses, nor should they [themselves] leave [during that period] unless they are committing a clear immorality. And those are the limits [set by] Allāh. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allāh has certainly wronged himself. You know not; perhaps Allāh will bring about after that a [different] matter.[Talaq : 1]

{يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِذَا نُودِىَ لِلصَّلَوٰةِ مِن يَوْمِ ٱلْجُمُعَةِ فَٱسْعَوْا۟ إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ وَذَرُوا۟ ٱلْبَيْعَۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ}
That which translates to:
✨"O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew." [Jumu'ah : 9]
🎙️Imaam Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
📍"Whoever does not attend the salaat Jummah with the Muslims because of a legislated reason from being sick or other than that from other reasons, he is to pray Dhuhr."

🎥 Ruling of Making Images of Things that Have a Soul 📷

🖼️ The One Being Photographed is Sinful 🖼️
بعض المتحذلقين من ذوي الأهواء يقول: الوعيد على المصوّر، وخير لمثل هذا أن يعترف بالمعصية من أن يتحيل على إبطال شارع الله.
فيقال له:
أليس الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "من رأى منكم منكرا فليغيره بيده، فإن لم يستطع فبلسانه، فإن لم يستطع فبقلبه، وذلك أضعف الإيمان."
أو ليس الله يقول: {وَتَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِۚ} [المائدة:٢]
أو ليس الله سبحانه و تعالى يقول في ناقة نبي الله صالح:
{فَعَقَرُوهَا} مع أن العاقر واحد؟
وأنت يا هذا، ألست تعلم أن التصوير كبيرة، وأنت تتصور وتعين المصور بالمال؟
أو ليس الواجب عليك أن تكسر آلة التصوير، فإن لم تستطع كسرها تنكر بلسانك، فإن لم تستطع الإنكار بلسانك تنكر بقلبك، و الله المستعان.
Some of the perfectionist from the people of desires say, "The threat is only upon the photographer." It is better for such a person to admit it's disobedience than to deviate in the religion of Allah.
It is said to him:
Did not the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever sees an evil let him change it with his hand and if he is not able to then with his tongue, and if he is not able to then in his heart and this is the weakest of faith"?
And did not Allah say,
✨"And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." [Ma'idah:2]
And did not Allah say about the camel of His Messenger Saalih,
✨"But they hamstrung her." And it was just one person that mutilated her?
And you, oh poor soul, don't you know that picture making is a major sin? Yet you take pictures and aid the picture maker with your money?
And is it not obligatory upon you to break that camera and if you are not able then to disapprove of it with your tongue? And if you are not able to disapprove of it with your tongue then at least hate it in your heart?
May Allah help us.

📍""Whoever washes on the day of Jummah and takes a bath then leaves early and walks and doesn't ride and sits close to the Imaam and listens and doesn't talk or play will have a reward for every step he took from his house to the masjid of fasting and praying for an entire year."

🧹 The Salaf's Diligence in Cleansing Their Gatherings from the People of Innovation 🧹
١- في ترجمة أبي عبد الرحمن السلمي: "كان أبو عبد الرحمن إذا ابتدأ مجلسه قال: لا يجالسنا رجل جالس شقيقا الضبي ولا يجالسنا حروري."
1. In the biography of Abi Abdur Rahman As-Sulami (may Allah have mercy on him) it was said that Abu Abdur Rahman when he began his lessons he would say, "No man that sits with a "Shaqeeq ad-Dabee" (the brother of a lizard - fraudster) is to sit with us and no haroori (takfeeri) is to sit with us."
٢- قال أبو اسحاق ابراهيم بن الحسين المعروف بابن ديزيل: "من حضرت مجلسي فكان من أهل السنة سمع ما تقر به عينه، ومن كان من أهل البدع، يسمع ما يسخن الله به عينه."
2. Abu Ishaaq Ibrahim bin al-Hussein, the one known as "Ibn Deezal (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whoever attended my gatherings then he is from Ahlul Sunnah, he heard what brings pleasure to his eyes. And whoever is from Ahlul Bidah he hears what Allah burns his eyes with.
٣- وفي ترجمة أبي الأحوص سلام بن سليم الحنفي: قال أحمد بن عبدالله العجلي: كان ثقة، صاحب سنة واتباع، وكان إذا ملئت داره من أصحاب الحديث، قال لابنه أحوص: "يا بني! قم فمن رأيته في داري يشتم احدا من الصحابة، فاخرجه، ما يجيء بكم إلينا."
3. In the biography of Abi Ahwas Salaam bin Saleem al-Hanfi (may Allah have mercy on him) Ahmad bin Abdullah al-Ajalee said he was a trustworthy person that followed the Sunnah and when his home filled up with the people of hadith for his lesson he would say to his son Ahwas, "Oh my son, get up, whoever you see in my home from the people that curse anyone of the Companions, kick him out! What brings you all to us?!
