1️⃣ Ovarian Cycle Follicular Phase Dominated by estrogen. FSH stimulates granulosa cells. LH stimulates theca interna cells. Follicle grows and prepares for ovulation. Ovulation Occurs around day 14 due to LH surge. The mature follicle ruptures and releases the ovum. Luteal Phase Dominated by progesterone. Corpus luteum secretes progesterone and estrogen. If no pregnancy, it degenerates into corpus albicans. 2️⃣ Uterine Cycle Proliferative Phase Controlled by estrogen. Endometrium regenerates and thickens. Secretory Phase Controlled by progesterone. Endometrium becomes vascular and secretory. Prepares uterus for implantation. Menstruation Occurs due to withdrawal of estrogen and progesterone. Spiral arteries constrict leading to shedding. 3️⃣ Cells Responsible for Estrogen Production Theca interna cells respond to LH. They convert cholesterol to androstenedione. Granulosa cells respond to FSH. They convert androstenedione to estradiol via aromatase. Mature granulosa cells also respond to LH. 4️⃣ LH and FSH Roles FSH stimulates follicle growth and estrogen production. LH stimulates ovulation. افكار للقراءة ممكن تساعدكم بمشواركم الدراسي جربوها

جدول للقراءة اثناء رمضان لطلاب الجامعة بعد صلاة الفجر وقبل السحور الدماغ يكون صافي والطاقة مرتفعة بعد النوم الطويل. فالوقت ممتاز لحفظ المواد الصعبة أو قراءة الملاحظات المركزة تقريبا ساعة قراءة ولتنسون الدعاء قبل الفجر وقراءة ولو صفحات قليلة من القران والاستغفار اذا كعدتوا قبل السحور اكلوا شي بسيط فواكه مع شرب الماء وابدوا بالدراسة بعد السحور مباشرة الجسم يحصل على طاقة من الطعام قبل الصيام. مناسب للمواد التي تحتاج تركيز متوسط. تجنب المراجعات الطويلة  لأن الجسم يتحول للطاقة أثناء الهضم.( تقريبا ساعة قراءة) بعد صلاة التراويح أو بعد العشاء ( تقريبا ساعتين تكدرون تقرون ) إذا كان عندكم نشاط ذهني جيد خلال الصيام، يمكن استغلال هذا الوقت للمواد الخفيفة أو المراجعات السريعة ولكن بالاغلب تعبانين من الطريق فتكدرون تخلوا للنوم والعبادة واجواء رمضان مع العائلة نصائح إضافية: قسم وقت الدراسة إلى فترات قصيرة (50 دقيقة دراسة + 10 دقائق راحة). ركز على الجودة أكثر من الكمية. اشرب ماء كافي بين الإفطار والسحور لتجنب الجفاف. حاول الاستفادة من الطاقة الذهنية بعد النوم مباشرة (الفجر) للحفظ والمراجعات الصعبة. تقريبا تكدرون تقرون اربع ساعات بكفاءة عالية اثناء الدوام اما اذا عطلة فاستغلوا فترة الصبح للقراءة وبالنهاية كل واحد اكيد عنده روتين خاص بي بس هاي افكار ممكن تساعدكم وبالتوفيق يارب
