Anyone watching Uzbekistan vs Netherlands today?

I’ve been thinking about ways to help students and young graduates in Tashkent who are interested in entrepreneurship. I recently met with IT Park representatives who manage their VC fund and the President’s Tech Award. They invited me to participate if I have any ideas worth bringing forward. Since I’ve stepped back from startup competitions — having shifted my focus to running actual businesses — I want to channel that experience into helping others in Uzbekistan. Specifically, I’m thinking about co-founding with promising students and young graduates, helping them build their ideas and compete in startup competitions. What do you think? I’ll share a very unhinged audio I sent to my business partner/friend. I’m very sorry for cursing, but this is very funny. I was just mad 😂

A funny thing I noticed 😂 When you run multiple businesses, it feels like you are arguing with ur gf on the phone all the time. Let me give you some examples. I notice myself and some of my friends, who run businesses, stop in the middle of the road, stop eating, and just stop doing any activity we were doing to start negotiating deals and talking to clients. Sometimes this escalates to the point when we just don’t notice anything happening around us I deadass was showering in the morning when my accountant called and I picked up the phone. Just think about it, I was in the middle of the shower, picked up the phone and talked to my accountant for 15 minutes to solve an issue with the bank 😭😂

Received an interesting opinion from a person. He said: I would not like you if you would do such things if we were competing in business. Competing is fun as long as it is healthy. If you are in a healthy competition and you hate your competitors, smth is wrong internally. Gotta fix it asap until it eats you up from inside. This is my personal take, if you are hated by your competitors who are not able to compete at the same lvl or beyond, you are doing everything right. Keep pushing! Anyways, just thought it would be fun to share it here

Tbh, if all the admissions companies were truly supportive of the quality mentorship, they would share this opportunity with students. However, some of them either scared of competition or money hungry. Lads, how can I fail, if there is no option of failure? 😌 This audio was sent to me by a double Ivy League diploma holder, a veteran from Wall Street, a practitioner quantitative finance professor, and a chairman of all my ventures. When someone like this person trusts in your success, then it is inevitable. It is gonna come at some point anyway. I can’t stress enough how powerful mentorship is. I have 5 different mentors, who graduated from top unis, worked at top level companies in different sectors, and owned multiple million, if not billion, dollar companies. Also, I can’t stress enough how hard and stressful it is being mentored. Every call or meeting I attend with my mentors, I get absolutely fucked and demolished. I feel insanely miserable, but understand that my mentors are helping me and I gotta blindly follow their advice and reflect on every step I make. Just imagine being brutally criticised by a veteran Investment Banker, an experienced Management Consultant, a bank owner, an entrepreneur with multiple businesses in different sectors, and a high level finance expert. My tolerance for insults is just so high now that I can’t be bothered anymore. 😂 This shit is not made for weak people.
