SAYS GOOD WORDS
Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

"Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day then say good words or if not then keep silent." (Muttafaqun 'alaihi).
| 2 | BE CAREFUL TALKING WHEN YOU ARE ANGRY
👤 Atha' bin Abi Rabbah Rahimahullah (a tabi'in scholar) said:
إن الرجل ليتكلم في غضبه بكلمة يهدم بها عمل ستين سنة
"There really is someone who speaks when he is angry with a sentence that can destroy all his good deeds for sixty years."

| 3 | 📲TOO MUCH TALKING
Umar bin Khattab Radhiyallahu anhu said:
مَنْ كَثُرَ كَلاَمُهُ كَثُرَ سَقَطُهُ، وَمَنْ كَثُرَ سَقَطُهُ كَثُرَتْ ذُنُوْبُهُ، وَ مَنْ كَثُرَتْ ذُنُوْبُهُ كَانَتِ النَّارُ أَوْلَى بِهِ
"Whoever talks a lot will make a lot of mistakes, and whoever makes a lot of mistakes will have a lot of sins, and whoever commits a lot of sins, then hell is what he deserves."

| 4 |  CARE FOR YOURSELF
Abdullah Ibnul Mubarak (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
من أعظم المصائب للرجل أن يعلم من نفسه تقصيرا و لا يبالي و لا يحزن عليه
"One of the biggest misfortunes that befalls a person is that he knows that he has shortcomings, but he doesn't care or is not sad about it."

| 5 | It was said to Sufyaan ath-Thawree:
"What is gratefulness (to Allāh)?"
He said:
’That you stay away from what Allāh has prohibited.’

| 6 | BENEFITS OF FORGIVENESS
Al-Imam Asy-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
لَمَّا عَفَوْتُ وَلَمْ أحْقِدْ عَلَى أحَدٍ ** أَرَحْتُ نَفْسِي مِنْ هَمَّ الْعَدَاوَاتِ
"When I forgive, I don't hate anyone... I calm myself from sadness and anxiety (which arise as a result of) hostility."
إنِّي أُحَيِّي عَدُوِّي عنْدَ رُؤْيَتِهِ ** لِأَدْفَعَ الشَّرَّ عَنِّي بِالتَّحِيَّاتِ
"I greet my enemy when I meet him...to reject evil from me by greeting"
وأُظْهِرُ الْبِشْرَ لِلإِنْسَانِ أُبْغِضهُ ** كَمَا إنْ قدْ حَشَى قَلْبي مَحَبَّاتِ
"I show a smile to people I hate... as if my heart had been filled with love"
النَّاسُ داءٌ وَدَاءُ النَّاسِ قُرْبُهُمُ ** وَفِي اعْتِزَالِهِمُ قَطْعُ الْمَوَدَّاتِ
“People are diseases, and the cure for them is to approach them… and to stay away from them is to sever the ties of love.” | 672 |
| 7 | ENTER THE LINE OF HELPERS OF GOD'S RELIGION
Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah (rahimullah) said,
"جزىٰ الله من أعان علىٰ الإسلام ولو بشطر_كلمة خيرًا ."
"Allah will give good rewards to people who help the Islamic religion, even if only with a few sentences."

| 8 | LOVE FOR GOD
It's true, loving a creature is very likely to experience loss. Togetherness with creatures also has the opportunity to experience separation. Only love of Allah does not."

“Knowledge opens the heart and expands it until it becomes wider than the world, while ignorance constricts the heart and restrains it.
Each time the person's knowledge widens, his heart expands. This does not occur with all knowledge; rather, this occurs with the knowledge that is the inheritance of the Messenger of Allāh. This is beneficial knowledge.
The people of knowledge have the widest chests, the broadest hearts, and the best manners.”
