On the morning of September 14, 2026, H.E. Prof. Dr. Hor Peng, Rector of the National University of Management (NUM), hosted a courtesy visit by Mr. Uy Chhigoby, Member of the UYFC Phnom Penh Committee and a 2018 alumnus of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), and Mr. Sum Sovanndeka, Deputy Head of the UYFC Phnom Penh Secretariat and a 2023 alumnus of LKYSPP. The meeting focused on potential academic collaboration in public policy education. NUM extends its sincere appreciation to UYFC for its valuable support in connecting the NUM School of Public Policy with UYFC’s overseas university partners in policy education.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in his capacity as Agent, led the Cambodian delegation. The Thai delegation was led by His Excellency Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, in his capacity as Agent for Thailand. The Opening Statements will be delivered on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Cambodia Time (9:00 a.m. Singapore Time)which will be open to the public and webcast live in Khmer, English, and Thai, as well as on TVK. On 8 September 2026, Mr. Din Siden, Director of NUM iLAW, joined a mentoring and discussion session with the winners of the Cambodia Vision 2050 Public Speaking Competition, led by H.E. Pen Bona, Minister Delegate Attached to the Prime Minister and Head of the Royal Government Spokesperson Unit. On 5 September 2026, Mr. Saiyan Devid, Representative of NUM iLAW, attended the Law Brief 2026 Book Launch & KASFLY Graduation, organized by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Cambodia under the theme “Law and Innovation Economy” at Tribe Phnom Penh Post Office Square.
