I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Let my body function in the wonderful way You designed it to function. Psalm 139:14 Tomorrow my surgery starts at 1:30pm est. I should be home around 4, God willing. I know I’m in good hands, and I’m ready to get back to feeling like my old self again. I know this is a testament of strength from God to help me grow as a man. This is my biggest fear. And I will conquer it with God’s comforting presence. Please say a prayer for me frens, if you have the time tonight. I love you all. Hope to post here tomorrow. God bless everyone of you.

Get outside and do something. Hobbies. Laying out. Or just relaxing. I do this 3 times a week even if it’s for 30min. It helps, and with all of the insanity going on it’s great to decompress. Your body and mind need this, don’t deprive it. Enjoy your Sunday frens.
