📌 Registration Discordance issues We would like to inform you that the request for a solution regarding the registration discrepancies faced by the 2010 (Graduating Class), 2011, and 2012 E.C. entry Medicine and Dental Medicine students—stemming from the disruptions caused by COVID-19 and interruptions in the Grade 12 examination schedule—has been accepted by the School Academic Committee (AC). The matter is currently under review for amendment in collaboration with the 6 Killo Registrar's office. Will provide you updates soon.

The purpose of this form is to collect crucial information for the evaluation process, which comprises four sections: ⚫️ Personal information ⚫️ Need assessment ⚫️ Eligibility evaluation, and ⚫️ Demonstration of family authorization. ❗️Please do not fill out this form either if you don't face financial problem or if you are not a registered active student. 📌 There will be further screening through interviews, meaning NOT everyone who applies gets the support! 🔇Be assured that any information you provide will remain strictly confidential.
