He allegedly referenced sending her a photo of the body the next day. In the weeks before her death, Sabbineni messaged multiple times that her drinks tasted bitter. The day she died, she said a smoothie Narne made tasted like medicine and cough syrup. Prosecutors allege premeditation and a staged crime scene. Bail is $5 million. They cite extreme flight risk back to India. The open question: Narne told police in October he worked at Amazon. He was a free man for nearly 8 months while the investigation was open. If he is here on a H-1B visa and was let go, he would have had to find a new job in 60 days or go back.
