Question of the day‼️ A 20-year-old Chinese woman, who came to the UK on holiday, was brought into the emergency department following a road traffic accident. On physical examination, apart from the traumatic injuries and bruises, there is absent axillary and pubic hair as well as minimal breast development and hyperpigmentation of the oral mucosa and axilla. CT traumagram (head, occiput to T1, chest including aortic arch, abdomen, and pelvis) reveals a cervical fracture but also bulky adrenal glands and an atrophic uterus. She reports a history of primary amenorrhoea which was thought to be due to pubertal delay. Her basic observations include heart rate 58 beats per minute, blood pressure 182/102 mmHg, Saturation 99% on room air, respiratory rate 18 breaths per minute. An arterial blood gas(ABG) was done. Hypokalaemia was found with a potassium of 2.9 mmol. Given the likely diagnosis, what do you expect the rest of the ABG result to be?
